【摘要】：21世纪以来，世界各国在政治、经济、文化等方面的来往日益密切，跨文化交际活动也日趋频繁。随着中国在世界的影响力日益提高，中国与国际社会的联系不断加强，外事口译作为外事活动中移植文化的必要手段，它的重要性已经逐渐显现出来。一直以来，人们普遍认为只要拥有流利的口语，就能做好口译工作。事实证明，口译不只是将一种语言形式的信息转换成为另外一种语言形式的信息的语言交际行为，它也是一种文化交际行为。不同语言中存在的文化差异必将会影响到口译的顺利进行。作为跨文化交际活动的桥梁，译者不仅要掌握本民族的文化，还应对其他民族的文化有所了解。在跨文化交际中，跨文化意识以及跨文化交际能力对译者特别是口译者尤为重要。本文分析了外事口译与跨文化意识的关系、在外事口译中培养跨文化意识的必然性及跨文化交际的成功实现对于口译者的意义。探讨如何培养跨文化意识，并阐述外事口译与跨文化交际相辅相成的关系。从口译的过程，模式和特点，积极对各种文化障碍的分析来探讨跨文化意识对外事口译人员的作用，，探索行之有效的解决这些交际障碍，提高跨文化交流能力的方法。从口译及外事口译的特点和基本要求入手，就如何避免跨文化交际的障碍和冲突，如何处理这些交际障碍，如何培养和提高外事口译人员跨文化交际的意识和能力是本文研究的重点。本文还探讨和分析了外事口译人员跨文化交际能力培养的现状以及跨文化交际能力对口译的影响，旨在探寻跨文化交际能力培养存在的问题，以期进一步提高口译质量。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the political, economic and cultural exchanges between countries in the world have become increasingly close, and cross-cultural communication activities have become more and more frequent. With the increasing influence of China in the world and the strengthening of the relationship between China and the international community, the importance of foreign affairs interpretation, as a necessary means of transplanting culture in foreign affairs activities, has gradually become apparent. It has been widely believed that as long as we have good oral English, we can do a good job in interpreting. It has been proved that interpreting is not only a communicative act of transforming information from one language form to another, but also a cultural communication behavior. Cultural differences in different languages will inevitably affect the smooth progress of interpretation. As a bridge of intercultural communication, translators should not only master the culture of their own people, but also understand the cultures of other nationalities. In cross-cultural communication, cross-cultural awareness and competence are of great importance to translators, especially interpreters. This paper analyzes the relationship between foreign affairs interpretation and cross-cultural awareness, the inevitability of cultivating cross-cultural awareness in foreign affairs interpretation and the significance of successful cross-cultural communication to interpreters. This paper discusses how to cultivate cross-cultural awareness and expounds the complementary relationship between foreign affairs interpretation and cross-cultural communication. Based on the analysis of the process, mode and characteristics of interpreting, this paper probes into the role of cross-cultural consciousness in the interpretation of foreign affairs, and explores the effective ways to solve these obstacles and improve the ability of cross-cultural communication. Starting with the characteristics and basic requirements of interpretation and foreign affairs interpretation, this paper discusses how to avoid obstacles and conflicts in cross-cultural communication, and how to deal with these obstacles. How to cultivate and improve the awareness and ability of intercultural communication among foreign interpreters is the focus of this thesis. This paper also discusses and analyzes the current situation of cross-cultural communicative competence training of foreign interpreters and the influence of cross-cultural communicative competence on interpreting in order to explore the existing problems in cross-cultural communicative competence training in order to further improve the quality of interpretation.
