国际音标表的本地化修订建议与说明

【摘要】：本文尝试修订和补充现有国际音标简表,提出增删建议,并设计出新的编排方法。重点包括:内爆音移至肺部气流辅音表;取消"其他辅音表",其中塞擦音纳入辅音表,双部位音(协同)尽量收入辅音表;区分前硬腭音与后硬腭音;增加舌尖和卷舌元音;细分、调整和增减超音段符号和附加符号并据分类重新组织编排。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to revise and supplement the existing summary list of the International phonetic Alphabet, propose additions and deletions, and design a new arrangement method. The key points include: the implosion sound is moved to the pulmonary airflow consonant; the "other consonants" are cancelled, in which the syllable is included in the consonant, and the two-part sound (synergistic) is included as far as possible, the anterior hard palate sound is distinguished from the posterior hard palate sound, the tip of the tongue and the convoluted vowel are added. Subdivide, adjust, add and subtract supersonic symbols and additional symbols and reorganize according to classification.
