赴韩汉语教师志愿者面对的困难和应对策略

【摘要】:对外汉语教育事业最近几年发展迅速,中国国家汉办每年向国外派出的汉语教师志愿者人数也在逐年增多,这可以从一个侧面反映出该项工作取得了让人肯定的成绩,海外的汉语教师师资需求增大,学习汉语,接受汉语教育的学生数量增多。但是汉语教师在海外从事汉语教育的时候,因为文化背景不同,交际习惯不同,语言障碍,以及生活差异等原因,会遇到各种各样的困难,能否合理的处理这些问题,,影响到汉语教学及相关事宜是否可以顺利开展。本文通过对笔者在韩国任教期间亲身经历的案例进行分析,描述赴韩汉语教师志愿者在教学以及日常生活,人际交往过程中遇到的困难,分析困难产生的原因,并给予应对策略,为即将步入对外汉语教育的汉语教师提供借鉴,促进对外汉语教育的顺利开展。
[Abstract]:The cause of teaching Chinese as a foreign language has developed rapidly in recent years, and the number of Chinese teacher volunteers sent by the State Office of the people's Republic of China abroad every year has also increased year by year. This can reflect from one aspect that the work has achieved positive results. Overseas Chinese teachers need more teachers, learning Chinese, the number of students receiving Chinese education increased. However, when Chinese teachers are engaged in Chinese language education overseas, because of different cultural backgrounds, different communication habits, language barriers, and differences in life, they will encounter various difficulties. Can they deal with these problems reasonably? Affect the Chinese language teaching and related matters can be carried out smoothly. By analyzing the case of the author's personal experience while teaching in South Korea, this paper describes the difficulties encountered by volunteers in teaching, daily life and interpersonal communication in Korea, and analyzes the reasons for the difficulties. And give the corresponding strategy to provide reference for the Chinese teachers who are about to step into the education of Chinese as a foreign language, and promote the smooth development of the education of Chinese as a foreign language.
