中韩汉语教师协同教学模式存在的问题及对策

【摘要】:随着“汉语热”在韩国的持续加温,越来越多的中国汉语教师来到韩国与韩国汉语教师一起组建中韩汉语协同教学团队,实施汉语协同教学。协同教学模式在韩国广泛的运用于第二语言的教学中,中韩汉语教师协同教学模式不仅对学生们学习汉语起到很大作用,同时也很大程度上帮助韩国汉语教师实施更好的汉语教学。与此同时,中韩汉语教师协同教学也存在很多问题,严重影响协同教学的优势发挥。所以本论文以中韩汉语教师协同教学模式存在的问题为出发点,结合本人中韩汉语协同教学的实践,找出问题,分析问题产生的原因,并提出合理、有效的解决方法。本论文的构成如下: 第一部分首先介绍了韩国汉语协同教学模式,并阐述了中韩汉语教师在中韩汉语协同教学模式中的任务和作用,以此确定中韩汉语协同教学模式的实效性和合理性。 第二部分揭示了中韩汉语协同教学模式存在的问题:中韩汉语教师协同团队组建的随机性;中韩协同教学教师间缺乏稳定、持续的沟通和反馈;中韩汉语协同教学中缺乏对协同效应“控制参量”的关注;中韩汉语教师存在的问题。并对导致这些问题的原因,做了详细的分析、说明。 第三部分针对这些问题提出合理、有效的解决方法:保持沟通、学习和反馈,建立相互支持的协同团队;中韩汉语教学要以学生为中心,实施适合学生的汉语教学;中韩汉语协同教学要注意加强中韩汉语教师协同教学素质的培养。
[Abstract]:With the continuous warming of the "Chinese language fever" in South Korea, more and more Chinese teachers come to Korea to set up a cooperative teaching team with Korean Chinese teachers to implement the cooperative teaching of Chinese. The cooperative teaching model is widely used in the second language teaching in South Korea. The cooperative teaching mode of Chinese teachers in China and Korea not only plays a great role in learning Chinese for students. At the same time, to a large extent to help Korean Chinese teachers to implement better Chinese teaching. At the same time, there are many problems in the cooperative teaching of Chinese teachers in China and Korea, which seriously affect the advantages of collaborative teaching. Therefore, this paper takes the problems of Chinese teachers' cooperative teaching mode in China and Korea as the starting point, combining with the practice of Chinese-Korean Chinese collaborative teaching, finds out the problems, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward reasonable and effective solutions. The composition of this thesis is as follows: the first part introduces the cooperative teaching mode of Korean Chinese, and expounds the task and role of Chinese teachers in the cooperative teaching mode of Chinese and Korean. In order to determine the effectiveness and rationality of Chinese and Korean cooperative teaching model. The second part reveals the problems existing in the cooperative teaching model of Chinese and Korean: the randomness of the cooperative teaching team between Chinese and Korean teachers, the lack of stable, continuous communication and feedback between Chinese and Korean teachers; There is a lack of attention to the "control parameter" of synergetic effect in Chinese cooperative teaching between China and Korea, and the problems of Chinese teachers in China and Korea. The causes of these problems are analyzed and explained in detail. The third part puts forward reasonable and effective solutions to these problems: maintaining communication, learning and feedback, setting up mutually supportive cooperative teams, taking students as the center of Chinese teaching in China and Korea, implementing Chinese teaching suitable for students; We should pay attention to the cultivation of Chinese teachers' cooperative teaching quality in China and Korea.
