蒙古语法律术语规范化研究

【摘要】：本文以普通语言学理论与方法为指导,分析研究蒙古语法律术语的特点、存在的问题和原因,探索了如何规范蒙古语法律术语方面存在的一些问题。论文主要由引言、第一部分、第二部分、总结、参考文献等部分组成。引言,介绍了选题的原因、研究现状、资料来源和研究方法。第一部分,阐述了法律语言和法律术语及其特点和规范化的必要性。第二部分,举例分析了当前蒙古语法律术语中存在的一些问题,原因、同时阐述了规范法律术语的原则和方法。总结部分,概括描述了本文阐述的主要内容。
[Abstract]:Guided by the theory and method of general linguistics, this paper analyzes the characteristics, problems and reasons of Mongolian legal terms, and explores some problems in regulating Mongolian legal terms. The paper is mainly composed of introduction, part one, part two, summary, reference and so on. In the introduction, it introduces the reason, research status, data source and research method. The first part expounds the legal language and legal terminology, its characteristics and the necessity of standardization. In the second part, some problems and reasons in the current Mongolian legal terms are analyzed, and the principles and methods of standardizing legal terms are expounded. In the part of summary, the main contents of this paper are described.
