基于语料库的医患言语交际的得体性分析

【摘要】：伴随着医患关系持续紧张,医患沟通已经成为各学术领域的研究热点。本文的研究对象——“医患言语交际的得体性”乃是这一话题的一个小分支。研究医患言语交际的得体性,宏观上说是从语言学的角度分析医患沟通,目前该课题的研究成果还不太多。本文以真实的医患口语语料为基础,以“四个世界理论”为理论框架,主要研究医患言语交际在语言世界、物理世界、文化世界、心理世界的得体性问题。全文分为四个部分:第一部分为绪论,介绍“医患言语交际”和“得体性”的研究成果,说明本文的研究对象、语料来源、研究目的和研究意义。第二部分解说“医患言语交际”和“得体性”。主要从交际主体、交际内容、交际目的、交际环境四个方面分析了医患言语交际的特点,并界定了得体性的概念。第三部分是论文的主体,从语言世界、物理世界、文化世界、心理世界四个方面分析了医患言语交际的得体性。运用真实的医患口语语料,分别讨论了医生和患者的言语行为在四个世界的具体表现及其原因,并对其是否符合得体性原则进行了讨论。第四部分为结论,在论析语言世界、物理世界、文化世界中影响得体性的因素及其与心理世界的关系的基础上,得出结论:心理世界是制约得体性的最高标准。最后,分析了影响医患言语交际得体性的根本原因并针对性地提出了提高医患言语交际得体性的交际策略。
[Abstract]:With the continuous tension between doctors and patients, doctor-patient communication has become a hot topic in various academic fields. The research object of this paper, "appropriateness of doctor-patient speech communication", is a small branch of this topic. Macroscopically speaking, we analyze doctor-patient communication from a linguistic point of view. At present, there is not much research on this subject. This paper is based on the real oral corpus of doctors and patients, and takes "four theories of the world" as the theoretical framework. This paper mainly studies the appropriateness of doctor-patient speech communication in the language world, physical world, cultural world and psychological world. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction, which introduces the research results of "doctor-patient speech communication" and "appropriateness". The second part explains "doctor-patient verbal communication" and "appropriateness", mainly from the subject of communication, the content of communication, the purpose of communication. This paper analyzes the characteristics of doctor-patient verbal communication in four aspects, and defines the concept of appropriateness. The third part is the main body of the thesis, from the linguistic world, the physical world, and the cultural world. This paper analyzes the appropriateness of doctor-patient verbal communication in four aspects of the psychological world, and discusses the concrete performance and reasons of the speech acts of doctors and patients in the four worlds by using the real oral data of doctors and patients. This paper also discusses whether it conforms to the principle of appropriateness. Part 4th is the conclusion. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting appropriateness and its relationship with the psychological world in the linguistic world, the physical world, and the cultural world, this paper discusses whether it conforms to the principle of appropriateness. The conclusion is that the psychological world is the highest standard to restrict the appropriateness. Finally, the paper analyzes the basic reasons that affect the appropriateness of doctor-patient speech communication and puts forward the communicative strategies to improve the doctor-patient speech communication appropriateness.
