《简明汉英词典》中的英文注释问题分析研究

【摘要】:对外汉语词典是外国学生学习汉语的必备工具书之一,也是外国学生认识、掌握汉字的一个重要渠道。在学习汉语的过程中,对外汉语词典也是作为外国学习者学习汉语的第一手材料,而对外汉语词典中的英文注释更是他们学习理解汉字、词语的第一步,换而言之,英文注释的确切性是直接影响到国外学习者是否能够迅速、准确地理解汉字、词语的关键因素。因此,这就对对外汉语词典中的英文翻译提出了更高的要求。近几年来,我国的对外汉语词典层出不穷,版本众多。本文就以留学生中使用最为普遍的《简明汉英词典》为例,对其中的英文注释进行分析研究,并对英文注释不恰当的部分进行归纳总结,提出相应的解决方法,希望本人的分析研究对对外汉语教学词典的发展有所帮助。全文一共分为四个部分:第一部分主要介绍选题目的和意义、对外汉语词典的研究现状、英文注释研究现状、《简明汉英词典》研究现状、研究方法和目的。第二部分主要是介绍三大研究词典和对《简明汉英词典》中的英文注释问题进行分析研究。主要有英文注释与被释义词语的不完全对应问题,例如英文注释的扩大和缩小、英文注释过于简单,以及成语的英文注释没有给出其比喻意义、英文注释与被注释词词性不一致、英文注释词汇与列举的例句中使用的词汇不一致;英汉词语的情感色彩不一致。第三部分是对《简明汉英词典》中的英文注释问题提出相应的解决方法,本文主要提出六个相应的解决方法。第一:词语的英文注释要准确;第二:英文注释不能过于简单,缺乏限定;第三:成语的英文注释要给出其比喻意义;第四:英文注释词性和被注释词词性要尽可能一致;第五:英文注释词汇与例句的使用词汇要一致;第六:英文注释与汉语词汇的情感色彩保持一致。第四部分结语。
[Abstract]:The dictionary of Chinese as a foreign language is one of the necessary reference books for foreign students to learn Chinese, and it is also an important channel for foreign students to understand and master Chinese characters. In the process of learning Chinese, the TCFL dictionary is also the first material for foreign learners to learn Chinese, and the English annotation in the TCFL dictionary is the first step in learning to understand Chinese characters, words and phrases, in other words, The accuracy of English annotation is the key factor that directly affects foreign learners' ability to understand Chinese characters and words quickly and accurately. Therefore, this puts forward higher requirements for English translation in TCSL dictionaries. In recent years, Chinese as a foreign language dictionaries emerge in endlessly, many versions. Taking the concise Chinese-English Dictionary as an example, this paper makes an analysis and research on the English annotation, sums up the improper part of the English annotation, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. I hope my analysis and research will be helpful to the development of teaching dictionaries for teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the topic, the present situation of the research on the Chinese as a foreign language dictionary, the present situation of the study of English annotation, the present situation of the research on the concise Chinese-English dictionary, the research methods and purposes. The second part mainly introduces the three research dictionaries and analyzes the English annotation problems in the concise Chinese-English Dictionary. The main problems are the incomplete correspondence between the English annotation and the interpreted words, such as the expansion and contraction of the English annotation, the simplicity of the English annotation, and the lack of metaphorical meaning in the English annotation of the idiom. The English annotation is inconsistent with the annotated word's part of speech, the English annotated word is inconsistent with the words used in the cited example sentences, and the affective color of the English and Chinese words is not consistent. The third part is to put forward the corresponding solutions to the problem of English annotation in Concise Chinese-English Dictionary, and six corresponding solutions are put forward in this paper. First, the English annotation of the words should be accurate; second, the English annotation should not be too simple and unqualified; third, the English annotation of the idiom should give its metaphorical meaning; the fourth, the part of speech of the English annotation should be as consistent as possible with the part of speech of the annotated word; Fifth, the English annotated vocabulary should be consistent with the use of the example sentence, and the sixth, the emotional color of the English annotation and the Chinese vocabulary should be consistent. The fourth part is conclusion.
