美军军民融合式的国防语言人才储备研究——美军国家语言服务团的建设及启示

【摘要】：美军在21世纪的军事行动中经常遇到出现紧急语言需求而军队缺乏相应人才的困扰,为此,美军建立了由国防部主管、以民间语言志愿者为主体的国家语言服务团,成为军队现有语言人才储备的有力补充。服务团的指导思想、运行机制、人员储备方式以及服务提供方式体现出了鲜明的军民融合特色,对我军进一步提高国防语言能力,建立适合我国国情、有效支撑未来军事斗争准备的军民融合式国防语言人才储备具有积极的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In military operations in the 21st century, the US military often encountered the problem of emergency language needs and the lack of corresponding personnel in the army. For this reason, the US military established the National language Service Corps, headed by the Ministry of Defense, with folk language volunteers as the main body. To become an effective complement to the army's existing pool of language talents. The guiding ideology, operational mechanism, personnel reserve and service provision of the Service Corps reflect the distinctive characteristics of civil-military integration, which will further enhance our national defense language capabilities and establish a suitable for our country's national conditions. The military-civilian fusion defense language talent reserve which effectively supports the future military struggle preparation has the positive reference function.
