【摘要】：在人类历史的各个阶段，各个社会群体内都曾发生过谋杀。随着人类文明的不断发展，谋杀在所有文明社会已为法律所禁止，但是以谋杀为题材或主题的故事仍在广泛流传，成为一个永远写不完的主题。从古希腊神话、古希腊悲剧、古希腊历史、到文艺复兴欧洲各国文学，乃至近现代，，世界各国的文学宝库中都以各种各样的文学样式记述了大量的以谋杀为主要叙事模式的故事。莎士比亚以其大量的作品、形象生动的语言、高超的人物刻画技巧、深刻的哲学思考对世界文学史做出了重大的贡献。在他的作品，尤其是历史剧、悲剧、传奇剧中都曾大量使用谋杀的情节，使得戏剧冲突多发、精彩不断，引发观众、读者在灵魂震撼之后的深刻思考。本文首先对谋杀简要定义，在第一章中概述谋杀叙事在西方文学中的渊源以及莎士比亚对谋杀叙事的运用，从社会层面的非正义性、审美层面的否定性评价、道德层面的罪恶性三方面分析了谋杀叙事的意义构成，并对谋杀的方式进行分类。第二章以主体间性理论为基础，通过对谋杀者与被谋杀者的人格特征的对比，引导出谋杀者关于何为正义的反思及自证，总结了被谋杀者之被杀的意义象征。第三章首先将莎士比亚戏剧中凡涉及谋杀叙事的情节按戏剧分类加以汇总，分析谋杀叙事对于莎士比亚的特殊意义；再从受众角度探讨谋杀叙事的特殊意义。
[Abstract]:Murder has occurred in all social groups at all stages of human history. With the development of human civilization, murder has been prohibited by law in all civilized societies, but the story of murder as a subject or theme is still widely circulated. From ancient Greek mythology, Greek tragedy, ancient Greek history, to Renaissance European literature, to modern times, There are a lot of stories about murder as the main narrative mode in the world literature treasure-house in all kinds of literary styles. Shakespeare has made a great contribution to the history of world literature with his numerous works, vivid language, superb portrayal skills and profound philosophical thinking. Legendary dramas have used the murder plot extensively, making the drama conflict more and more, exciting, arousing the audience, readers after the soul shock deep thinking. In the first chapter, the author summarizes the origin of murder narration in western literature and Shakespeare's use of murder narrative. On the basis of the theory of intersubjectivity, the second chapter compares the personality characteristics of murderers and murderers by analyzing the meaning of murder narrative and classifying the ways of murder on the basis of the theory of intersubjectivity. It leads the murderers to reflect on and prove what justice is, and sums up the symbolic meaning of the murder of the murdered. The third chapter summarizes the narration of murder in Shakespeare's plays according to the dramatic classification. This paper analyzes the special significance of murder narrative to Shakespeare, and probes into the special significance of murder narrative from the perspective of audience.
