【摘要】:著名非裔美籍女性作家艾丽斯·沃克在二十世纪美国文坛颇具影响力。沃克凭借一部长篇书信体小说《紫颜色》成为第一位获得普利策奖的黑人女作家,因此沃克及其作品受到西方文学评论界的高度关注。 《紫颜色》将沃克的妇女主义思想表现的淋漓尽致。该作品通过塑造以女主人公西丽为代表的黑人女性群体形象,描述她们在反抗性别歧视,种族歧视和阶级歧视的过程中,彼此关怀,共同追求自由、独立、平等及和谐的生活,还描述了黑人男性传统思想转变、解放的过程。小说以众人重新团聚为结局,构建了一个性别平等,,种族平等的理想社会。 沃克的妇女主义核心思想描述的是一种理想的社会状态——全人类的完美共存。黑人女性需要摆脱传统的精神枷锁、解放思想、认清自身价值、依靠彼此的力量争取平等和独立的权利。同时妇女主义不排斥男性和同性恋,更加关注全人类的共同进步与发展。本文的独到之处在于将《紫颜色》中的黑人女性作为一个整体予以研究,而非仅对个体人物形象的研究,关注该作品中黑人女性逐渐成长的妇女主义意识,探讨其所期待的幸福、和谐的生活境界,阐释沃克的妇女主义意识对当时和现今美国社会的积极影响,感悟妇女主义思想的真谛。 本文共包括六个章节。第一章简要介绍了艾丽斯·沃克的成长经历、文学创作历程、《紫颜色》的主要内容以及本论文的研究意义。第二章综述国内外学者对该作品的评论与研究。第三章简述理论基础,指明沃克的妇女主义理论与女权主义理论的联系与区别。第四章和第五章是本论文的核心部分。第四章从处于美国社会底层的父权制家庭里的黑人女性忍辱负重的苦难生活谈起,通过分析黑人女性悲惨的生存环境,探讨其从觉醒、反抗,到追求独立、平等的意识转变的过程;展现了她们构建的姐妹情谊以及她们追求妇女解放的梦想,论述了该作品中的黑人女性妇女主义意识确立的艰难历程。第五章从黑人女性渴望得到男性与女性和白人与黑人和谐共存的生活谈起,探讨黑人女性对自我认同和精神解放的追求,论述了该作品中黑人女性所期待的幸福、和谐的生活境界。第六章总结全文,进一步阐释《紫颜色》中黑人女性的妇女主义意识,深刻诠释沃克妇女主义的精神求索并阐述妇女主义对当时和现今美国社会的深远影响。
[Abstract]:Alice Walker, a famous African-American female writer, was influential in American literature in the 20th century. Walker became the first black woman writer to win a Pulitzer Prize for a long epistolary novel, Purple Color. Therefore, Walker and his works are highly concerned by western literary critics. "Purple Color" is the most vivid expression of Walker's feminism. This work portrays the black women in the process of resisting sexism, racial discrimination and class discrimination by creating the image of black women represented by the heroine Xili. Caring for each other, pursuing a free, independent, equal and harmonious life together, it also describes the process of the transformation and liberation of black men's traditional ideas. An ideal society of racial equality. Walker's core idea of feminism describes an ideal social state-the perfect coexistence of all mankind. Black women need to get rid of the traditional spiritual shackles, emancipate their minds, and recognize their own values. Rely on each other for equal and independent rights. At the same time, feminism does not exclude men and homosexuals, We are more concerned about the common progress and development of all mankind. The originality of this paper lies in the study of black women in Purple as a whole rather than in the image of individual characters. Pay attention to the growing feminism consciousness of black women in this work, probe into the happiness and harmonious life realm that they expect, explain the positive influence of Walker's feminism consciousness on the American society at that time and today. To understand the true meaning of feminism. This paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces Alice Walker's growing up experience. The course of literary creation, the main contents of Purple Color and the significance of this thesis. Chapter two summarizes the comments and researches of scholars at home and abroad on this work. Chapter four and chapter five are the core parts of this thesis. Chapter four begins with black women in the patriarchal family at the bottom of American society. Of the suffering of life, By analyzing the tragic living environment of black women, this paper discusses the process of their transformation from awakening, resistance, to the consciousness of seeking independence and equality, and shows the sisterhood they have built and their dream of women's liberation. This paper discusses the difficult course of the establishment of the black feminism consciousness in this work. The fifth chapter begins with the black women's desire to live in harmony between men and women and between whites and blacks. This paper probes into the pursuit of self-identity and spiritual emancipation by black women, and discusses the happy and harmonious life realm that black women expect in this work. Chapter VI summarizes the full text and further explains the feminist consciousness of black women in Purple Color. A profound interpretation of the spirit of Walker's feminism and its profound impact on American society at that time and today.
