《冷血》—后现代语境下的罪与罚

【摘要】：杜鲁门·卡波特的《冷血》,作为非虚构小说的代表作,已经获得了众多学者的关注。相比之下,从犯罪小说和后现代小说的角度对《冷血》所进行的研究是远远不够的。本文认为可以将《冷血》看作是一部体现“罪与罚”这一主题的后现代非虚构犯罪小说。因此,本文将利用犯罪小说理论、非虚构小说理论和后现代小说理论进行分析论证。首先将证明该作品是一部犯罪小说,进而探究这部犯罪小说在表现“罪与罚“这一主题时对非虚构小说和后现代小说创作手法的应用。卡波特将犯罪小说、非虚构小说及后现代小说的写作技巧巧妙地进行结合,使之在《冷血》这部作品中相得益彰,进而彰显了后现代司法体制下的“罪与罚”这一主题。
[Abstract]:Truman Capote's Cold Blood, as a masterpiece of nonfiction novels, has attracted many scholars' attention. In contrast, the study of Cold Blood from the perspective of crime novels and postmodern novels is far from enough. This paper holds that Cold Blood can be regarded as a postmodern nonfiction crime novel which embodies the theme of "Crime and punishment". Therefore, this article will use the crime novel theory, the non-fiction novel theory and the post-modern novel theory to carry on the analysis demonstration. First of all, it will prove that the novel is a crime novel, and then explore the application of the crime novel to the non-fiction and post-modern novel when it expresses the theme of "crime and punishment". Capote cleverly combines the writing skills of crime fiction, nonfiction novel and postmodern novel to complement each other in Cold Blood, thus highlighting the theme of "Crime and punishment" under the post-modern judicial system.
