对《大教堂里的谋杀》的语用文体学分析

现代文体学作为连接语言学与文学的一门学科已经有一百多年的发展历史,并且发展了很多的分支学科,如形式文体学,功能文体学,认知文体学,语用文体学等。文体学是运用语言学理论来分析文学为特色的一门学科。同时作为文学三大体裁(小说,戏剧,诗歌)之一的戏剧却相对被许多学者忽略。而有关以无韵诗写成的诗剧分析相比而言就更加少了。戏剧以会话为其最主要的组成部分,而作为文体学的分支,语用文体学是以会话为研究对象,并将文体学与语用学相结合的学科。从语言学的角度分析戏剧在文学和语言学中是不多见得。本文将从语用文体学的这一新的视角对艾略特的诗剧—《大教堂里的谋杀》进行分析从而引导人们关注语用文体学以及艾略特的诗剧。语用文体学的理论将被运用于本论文的分析当中。包含了格赖斯的合作原则和里奇的礼貌原则的人际修辞学理论将被运用于对剧本的人际交际的分析当中。而剧本中的交际可以分为两类:一类是微观层次的交际(戏剧内部角色之间的交际),另一类是宏观层次的交际(戏剧外部的交际)。本文将运用合作原则和礼貌原则来分析这两个层次的交际。在人际修辞的分析过程当中,对合作原则和礼貌原则的违反与遵守也是考虑的主要因素。本文也将分析《大教堂...
