约翰·邓恩(John Donne)被誉为17世纪英国玄学诗派的鼻祖。他的诗作充满了玄奇夸张、富有独创性的意象,展现了绚丽多姿的诗歌形式和富于变化的节奏、格律,揭示了复杂、深邃的诗歌主题,研究价值颇高。然而,邓恩的诗作曾长时间游离于英诗主流作品之外,这在一定程度上,是由于他诗作中的“反传统”特质,尤其是矛盾性所决定的。以往学者在分析邓恩诗作中的矛盾性时往往只偏重矛盾的对立性,而本文认为这种方法在当代有失偏颇。马克思的辩证唯物主义矛盾观认为：矛盾由对立性和统一性两方面构成,对立的双方相互依存,相互转化。因此,本文拟用马克思辩证唯物主义矛盾观论证约翰·邓恩诗歌中所含的矛盾对立统一性,尤其侧重分析对立的双方如何统一 本文除引言和结语外,主要内容由三部分构成,分别以“世界剖析”,“灵魂进程”和“凤凰之谜”三个标题命名,结合具体诗歌解读,深入分析邓恩诗歌中的对立统一性。 第一部分“世界剖析”此标题源于邓恩的长诗《世界剖析：第一周年纪念日》。本章旨在借此标题剖析邓恩的世界。本文作者拟从邓恩诗歌中所描述的内心世界和外在世界两方面入手,先剖析诗人内心世界的分心与专注之间的矛盾,以及相互冲突的自我所...
