【摘要】：初中教育作为九年义务教育的收官阶段,需要格外注重初中生德育建设工作,为国家培养高素质适应性人才提供良好的道德修养基础。初中生正处于身体发育和思想萌动的特殊时期,价值观念极易受到外部环境的影响。尤其是在信息技术高度发展的当代,各种良莠不齐的信息左右着初中生的思想价值观念,进而使得初中生思想道德教育工作越来越难以开展。中华优秀传统文化是中国发展创造的驱动力和生命力,是中国几千年来思想道德的精髓,对中华民族优良美德的构建有着深厚影响。所以本文试图利用传统文化教育的魅力,针对时代变化德育凸显的问题,寻找提高初中思想品德教学质量,提升初中生思想道德修养的具体路径。因为中华优秀传统文化内涵博大精深,所以需要有针对性、选择性的取舍。中华优秀传统文化中儒家思想对世人的影响最为深刻,其中“君子观”一直是儒家学者追求理想人格所遵循的法典。“君子观”经历了先秦文化大繁荣时期的发展,到战国末期经荀子发扬后相对完备。荀子君子观的理论渊源中,“性恶论”思想不是指人性的绝对恶,而是更倾向于人本能因素或者不符合礼的存在,所以人们要正视“性恶论”思想。荀子是中国早期唯物论者,其君子观思想多侧重于道德实践和积极的现实价值。如荀子强调君子亲近良师益友并向他们学习、君子坚持遵礼守法力求慎独、君子注重目标和行动等。通过对比孔子、孟子、荀子三者君子观的基本内涵,不难发觉荀子君子观在初中思想品德教学中的运用更具有现实可能性和独特的魅力。论文站在荀子君子观的视角下调研初中思想品德教学工作实效性偏低的现状,接着分析当前荀子君子观教育存在的困境,然后针对初中思想品德教学现状提出渗透荀子君子观教育的具体对策。包括加强初中生荀子君子观修身认识、引入当代君子人物事例启发初中生思考、优化校园环境以及完善思想品德教学评价等等。荀子君子观能够引导初中生树立正确价值观念,能够增强初中生的民族自豪感,并对改善初中思想品德教学整体工作和提升初中生的道德修养有一定的积极价值。
[Abstract]:As the official stage of nine-year compulsory education, junior middle school education needs to pay special attention to the construction of junior high school students' moral education. For the country to cultivate high-quality adaptive talents to provide a good basis for moral cultivation. Junior high school students are in a special period of physical development and ideological initiation. Values are easily affected by the external environment, especially in the high development of information technology in the contemporary, a variety of good and bad information affect the ideological values of junior high school students. Therefore, it is more and more difficult to carry out the ideological and moral education of junior high school students. Chinese excellent traditional culture is the driving force and vitality of China's development and creation, and the essence of China's ideological and moral education in the past several thousand years. Therefore, this paper tries to use the charm of traditional culture and education, aiming at the problems of moral education in the changing times, to seek to improve the quality of ideological and moral teaching in junior high school. The specific path to enhance the ideological and moral cultivation of junior high school students. Because the connotation of Chinese excellent traditional culture is extensive and profound, it needs to be targeted. In the excellent traditional Chinese culture, Confucianism has the most profound influence on the world. Among them, the "view of gentleman" has always been the code followed by Confucian scholars in pursuit of ideal personality. The "view of gentleman" has experienced the development of the period of cultural prosperity before the Qin Dynasty. By the end of the warring States period Xunzi carried forward the relatively complete. In the theoretical origin of Xunzi's view of the gentleman, the thought of "evil of nature" does not refer to the absolute evil of human nature, but is more inclined to the existence of human instinct or disobedience. Therefore, people should face up to the thought of "sexual evil theory". Xunzi is an early materialist in China, and his view of the gentleman focuses on moral practice and positive practical value. For example, Xunzi emphasizes that the gentleman is close to the good teacher and learns from them. The gentleman insists on obeying the rules of propriety and abiding by the law and strives to be cautious and independent, and the gentleman pays attention to the goal and the action and so on. It is not difficult to find that the application of Xunzi's view of gentleman in junior high school ideological and moral teaching has more realistic possibility and unique charm. . Then it analyzes the predicament of Xunzi's view of gentleman education, and then puts forward the concrete countermeasures to infiltrate Xunzi's view of gentleman education in view of the present situation of junior high school students' ideological and moral education, including strengthening the understanding of Xunzi's view of self-cultivation of the gentleman of junior high school students. The introduction of contemporary gentleman figures to inspire junior high school students to think, optimize the campus environment and improve the evaluation of ideological and moral teaching, etc. Xunzi gentleman view can guide junior high school students to set up the correct value concept. It can enhance the national pride of junior high school students and has certain positive value to improve the whole work of ideological and moral teaching in junior high school and to promote the moral accomplishment of junior high school students.
