【摘要】:韩国是全球汉语热的排头兵国家,不仅学习汉语的人数众多,汉语教育体系也在不断发展中趋于完备,形成了小学、初中、高中汉语教学的系列化。作为这个体系中的重要组成部分的韩国职业高中,在中韩经贸往来的催化下,汉语必然会作为学生未来就业的重要砝码而受到重视。职业高中与普通高中相比,具有很大特殊性,需要与之适应的教学模式和方法,这对汉语教师提出了更高的要求。而教学行为作为教师教学意识的具体行动表现,必然会直接对教学效果产生重大影响。现阶段,韩国职业高中汉语教学效果不理想的主要原因,是汉语教师课堂的教学行为不能适应职业高中的特殊性。本文从教学的实际问题出发,在系统梳理“教学行为”相关文献的基础上,对2016年度CPIK项目中的47位承担职业高中汉语教学任务的中国籍汉语教师展开调查。同时深入课堂,直接观察教师课堂教学行为,并对部分中、韩籍汉语教师及学生进行访谈,以此了解韩国职业高中汉语教师课堂教学行为的现状。在综合问卷调查、课堂观察、深入访谈三部分结果的基础上,分析韩国职业高中汉语教师在课堂教学行为方面存在的问题及原因,结合笔者自身的职业高中教学经历,对韩国职业高中汉语教师的课堂教学行为提出切实可行的优化建议。全文共分五部分:绪论部分,主要阐述本文的选题背景、选题意义、理论依据及研究方法,详细梳理教学行为的理论本体研究、对外汉语教学实践研究和韩国职业高中的汉语教学情况研究,进一步明确了本课题的研究方向和研究重点。第一章简单介绍韩国职业高中的相关情况和近年来的发展状况,分析职业高中的特殊性,由此建立对外汉语教师课堂教学行为的标准。第二章依据本文采取的对教师课堂教学行为的分类方式,以问卷调查为主,课堂观察、访谈调查为辅,对韩国职业高中汉语教师的课堂教学行为进行实际研究。整合分析得到的全部数据,全面了解了韩国职业高中汉语教师的教学行为现状。第三章以实际考察结果为依据,结合笔者自身教学经历,分析现阶段韩国职业高中汉语教师课堂教学行为存在的问题,并找出产生该问题的深层次原因。第四章以前文的研究为基础和依据,针对考察中教师存在的具体问题,提出韩国职业高中汉语教师课堂教学行为的优化建议,希望给广大汉语教师提供有益参考,达到改善韩国职业高中汉语教学现状的目的。
[Abstract]:South Korea is the vanguard of the global Chinese fever, not only the number of people learning Chinese, the Chinese education system is also in the process of continuous development, forming a primary school, junior high school. The series of Chinese teaching in senior high school. As an important part of this system, Korean vocational high school is under the catalysis of economic and trade exchanges between China and Korea. Chinese is bound to be regarded as an important weight for students' employment in the future. Compared with ordinary high schools, vocational high schools have great particularity and need to adapt to the teaching model and methods. This puts forward higher requirements for Chinese teachers. As a concrete action of teachers' teaching consciousness, teaching behavior will definitely have a great impact on the teaching effect directly at the present stage. The main reason why the teaching effect of Chinese in Korean vocational high school is not ideal is that the teaching behavior of Chinese teachers can not adapt to the particularity of vocational high school. On the basis of systematically combing the relevant literature of "teaching behavior", this paper investigates 47 Chinese teachers of Chinese nationality who undertake the tasks of Chinese teaching in vocational high schools in the CPIK project of 2016. At the same time, they go deep into the classroom at the same time. Direct observation of teachers' classroom teaching behavior, and part of the Korean Chinese teachers and students to interview, in order to understand the Korean vocational high school Chinese teachers' classroom teaching behavior. Combing the theoretical ontology research of teaching behavior, teaching Chinese as a foreign language teaching practice research and Korean vocational high school Chinese teaching situation research. The first chapter briefly introduces the relevant situation of Korean vocational high school and its development in recent years, and analyzes the particularity of vocational high school. The second chapter is based on the classification of teachers' classroom teaching behavior adopted in this paper, mainly by questionnaire, classroom observation, interview investigation as a supplement. This paper makes a practical study on the classroom teaching behavior of Chinese teachers in Korean vocational high school, and integrates all the data obtained from the analysis. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the classroom teaching behavior of Chinese teachers in vocational high schools in Korea at present, and finds out the deep-seated causes of the problems. In view of the specific problems of teachers in the investigation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the classroom teaching behavior of Chinese teachers in vocational high schools in Korea, hoping to provide useful reference for the vast number of Chinese teachers.
