【摘要】：学习动机指激发与维持学生的学习行为,并使之指向一定学业目标的动力倾向。学习动机是直接鞭策学生学习的一种内部动力,对学生的学习起着极其重要的作用。但是,纵观当今高中生的学习现状,不难看出,高中生学习动机缺乏的现象普遍存在。思想政治课学习动机是学习动机在思想政治这一门具体学科的体现,指学生在思想政治课的学习过程中,通过自我调节,使自身内在的思想政治课学习要求与外在诱因相协调,从而形成激发、维持思想政治课学习行为的动力因素。由于高中思想政治课是初中思想品德课和高校政治理论课的衔接,起到了承上启下的作用,地位非常重要,所以激发高中生思想政治课学习动机是一项极其重要的使命。同时,高中生思想政治课学习动机的激发,不仅有助于提高高中生思想政治课的学习效率,也有助于素质教育的开展实施。本文首先从时代的发展、党和政府的期待、学习与思维方式的转变等方面分析了研究此课题的理由和意义,确立了研究目标、方法和内容；然后经过大量阅读和仔细整理相关文献资料,界定了动机、学习动机等一些重要的概念,并介绍了几个重要的学习动机理论,这些学习动机理论成为了本论文的理论根基。本文通过对河北省邯郸市高中生思想政治课学习动机的抽样调查,基本上把握了当今高中生思想政治课学习动机的现状。然后,对影响高中生思想政治课学习动机的因素进行了学生、教师、家庭、社会全方位的原因分析。最后,本文重点着手于解决问题,提出了激发与维持高中生思想政治课学习动机的对策与建议,并且希望这些对策和建议可以为高中思想政治课教师的教学和学生的学习提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Motivation refers to the stimulation and maintenance of students' learning behavior and dynamic tendency and the points to a certain academic goals. Learning motivation is a kind of internal spur students' learning motivation, on students' learning plays a very important role. However, in today's high school students' learning status, is not difficult to see that the widespread lack of the learning motivation of senior high school students. The ideological and political course learning motivation of learning motivation is reflected in this specific discipline of Ideological and political, ideological and political course that students in the learning process, through self adjustment, the inherent ideological and political course learning requirements and external incentives coordination, so as to form the excitation, dynamic factors maintain thought the political lesson learning behavior. At the same time, high school students to stimulate the learning motivation of the ideological and political education, not only helps to improve the ideological and political course of high school students learning efficiency, also helps to carry out the implementation of quality education. This paper starts from the development of the times, the party and the government's expectations learning and thinking, the transformation of the mode of analysis of the reason and significance of this study, established the research objectives, methods and contents; then after a lot of reading carefully and related literature, the definition of motivation, learning motivation and some important concepts, and introduces several important theories of learning motivation, the learning motivation theory is the theoretical foundation of this thesis. Based on the survey of learning motivation in Ideological and political course in high school students in Handan city of Hebei Province, basically grasp the ideological and political course in Senior High School Students The status of learning motivation. Then, the influence factors of high school ideological and political course learning motivation of students, teachers, families, analysis of the causes of society. Finally, this article focuses on solving problems, to stimulate and maintain the high school ideological and political course learning machine put forward countermeasures and suggestions, and hope these countermeasures and suggestions can provide a reference value for ideological and political course of high school teachers' teaching and students' learning.
