赏识教育在高中思想政治课教学中的应用策略研究

【摘要】：新课程改革背景下,“学生本位”成为我国各级、各类教育的共同追求。如何将其实践于高中思想政治课教学中,赏识教育是一条有效途径。赏识教育以尊重、激励、宽容等原则关爱学生的生命本质,是激发学生学习兴趣、完善人格、建立完整自我的一种探索模式。高中思想政治课是集理论教育、社会认识和公民教育为一体的综合性课程,将赏识教育的教育理念运用于课堂教学中,修正新课改中不适应当前教育实际情况的地方,这具有重要的作用和意义。赏识教育是素质教育的拓展,具有与传统应试教育明显的不同特征。它强调面向全体学生,尊重学生的主体地位,以激励、启发和暗示的方式注重学生个人价值的实现。赏识教育具有行为强化、期望效应、多元智能、需要层次、成败归因等多种理论依据做支撑,在实际教学中也有着重要的现实指导意义。然而,在实际调查中,通过对师生的访谈发现,对赏识教育认识的不足、赏识艺术把握不当、赏识中缺乏真爱等问题影响到赏识教育在高中思想政治课教学中的实施效果。赏识教育适应新课程理念,有助于建立融洽的师生关系,在培养学生非智力因素中致力于学生的长远发展,这对于改善今天的思想政治课教学现状,显得尤其必要而迫切。因此,从提高赏识教育在高中思想政治教学中的效果出发认为深化赏识理念,提高赏识艺术,走出赏识误区是实施新的教育观、学生观、教师观,保证赏识教育实效性,提高思想政治课堂教学效果的重要途径。根据赏识教育在高中思想政治课教学中运用的现实状况,提出在“以人为本”观念的指导下采用多样化的课堂教学,营造赏识教育的课堂环境;教师要把握赏识的艺术性,引导学生自我欣赏;赏识与批评并举、“优等生”与“后进生”并重等一系列有效措施,希望能够为赏识教育在高中思想政治课中的顺利实施,提供有效借鉴。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new curriculum reform, "student-oriented" has become the common pursuit of all levels and kinds of education in our country. How to put it into practice in high school ideological and political teaching, appreciation education is an effective way. Appreciation education is respected. Motivation, tolerance and other principles of caring for the nature of life of students, is to stimulate students' interest in learning, improve personality, establish a complete self-exploration model. High school ideological and political education is a collection of theoretical education. The comprehensive curriculum of social cognition and civic education applies the educational concept of appreciation education to classroom teaching and corrects the places in the new curriculum reform that are not suitable for the actual situation of current education. Appreciation education is an extension of quality education, which has distinct characteristics from traditional examination-oriented education. It emphasizes the importance of facing all students, respecting the students' main position and encouraging them. The methods of inspiration and suggestion focus on the realization of students' personal value. Appreciation education has many theoretical bases such as behavior strengthening, expectation effect, multiple intelligences, hierarchy, success or failure attribution and so on. However, in the actual investigation, through interviews with teachers and students, it is found that the lack of understanding of appreciation education, appreciation of the art of improper grasp. The lack of true love in appreciation affects the implementation effect of appreciation education in high school ideological and political teaching. Appreciation education adapts to the new curriculum concept and helps to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. It is especially necessary and urgent to improve the present situation of ideological and political teaching in cultivating the students' non-intelligence factors in the long-term development of the students. From the view of improving the effect of appreciation education in high school ideological and political teaching, the author thinks that it is a new view of education, student view and teacher view to deepen appreciation idea, to improve appreciation art and to get out of appreciation misunderstanding. To ensure the effectiveness of appreciation education and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political classroom teaching, according to the actual situation of appreciation education in high school ideological and political teaching. Under the guidance of "people-oriented" concept, diversified classroom teaching should be adopted to create a classroom environment for appreciation education. Teachers should grasp the artistry of appreciation and guide students to appreciate themselves; A series of effective measures, such as "excellent students" and "backward students", can be used for reference for the successful implementation of appreciation education in high school ideological and political classes.
