日本初中阶段创业教育研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以后,全球创业型经济不断兴起,创业活动蓬勃发展,“创业”开始成为时代标签。与此相对应,创业教育开始受到越来越多的关注。近年来,日本逐渐将终身创业教育作为指导理念,在加强高校创业教育的同时,强调基础教育领域创业教育的重要性,特别是初中阶段创业教育对学生成长的有利影响。经过不断摸索,日本初中阶段的创业教育已经从一种教育理念发展成独具特色的学校创业教育体系。学校作为日本实施创业教育的主阵地,在创业教育目标的制定上,旨在培养学生未来发展所需的能力,做到层次分明;在创业教育的内容选择上,做到详尽且具体;在创业教育的实施上,不断创新创业教育的推进方式,保证知行合一;在创业教育的评价方式上,关注学生的自我评价;在创业教育的师资培养上,颠覆传统的教师培养理念,重视教师企业研修和企业经营者参与学校教学的重要作用等。相比之下,我国初中阶段创业教育发展较为缓慢,在实施过程中存在着一些不足。因此,本文试图阐释日本初中阶段创业教育的发展现状,并总结其经验,以期为我国学校创业教育的发展提供一些启示。本论文共分五部分:导论部分,主要介绍选题缘由和研究意义,梳理国内外有关初中阶段创业教育的相关文献,界定“创业教育”的概念,并说明所采用的研究方法。第二部分阐述了日本初中阶段创业教育由萌芽、发展到完善的历史沿革,其中,二战后到1996年是日本初中阶段创业教育的萌芽阶段;1997年到2007年,日本初中阶段的创业教育得到了一定的发展;2008年至今,日本初中阶段的创业教育不断得以完善。第三部分从创业教育的目标、内容、实施路径、评价方式以及师资培养几个方面呈现日本初中阶段创业教育的整体状况。第四部分用个案分析的方法分别探讨了京都教育大学附属京都中学和函馆市尾札部中学的创业教育,详细介绍它们学校的创业教育理念和实施方式,从微观的层面分析日本初中阶段的创业教育。第五部分总结了日本初中阶段创业教育的经验及其特点,并对我国中学开展创业教育提供一些启示。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the global entrepreneurial economy has been on the rise, entrepreneurial activities have flourished, and "entrepreneurship" has begun to become the label of the times. Accordingly, entrepreneurship education has begun to receive more and more attention. In recent years, entrepreneurship education has attracted more and more attention. Japan gradually regards lifelong entrepreneurship education as its guiding concept. While strengthening entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, it emphasizes the importance of entrepreneurship education in the field of basic education, especially the beneficial influence of entrepreneurship education in junior high school on students' growth. The entrepreneurship education in junior high school in Japan has developed from an educational concept to a unique school entrepreneurship education system. As the main position in the implementation of entrepreneurship education in Japan, schools set the goal of entrepreneurship education. The aim is to cultivate students' ability to develop in the future, to make the layers clear, to be detailed and specific in the content selection of entrepreneurship education, to innovate the way of promoting entrepreneurship education and to ensure the integration of knowledge and practice in the implementation of entrepreneurship education. In the way of evaluation of entrepreneurship education, we should pay attention to students' self-evaluation and upend the traditional concept of teacher training in entrepreneurship education. In contrast, the entrepreneurial education in junior middle school in our country develops slowly, and there are some shortcomings in the process of implementation, so, we should pay more attention to the important role of teachers' enterprise training and enterprise managers' participation in school teaching. This paper attempts to explain the development of entrepreneurship education in junior high school in Japan, and summarizes its experience in order to provide some enlightenment for the development of entrepreneurship education in schools in China. This paper is divided into five parts: introduction, It mainly introduces the reason and significance of choosing the topic, combs the domestic and foreign literature on entrepreneurship education in junior middle school, and defines the concept of "entrepreneurship education". The second part expounds the history of entrepreneurship education in junior high school in Japan from germination to perfection. Among them, the period from World War II to 1996 is the embryonic stage of entrepreneurship education in junior high school in Japan, and the period from 1997 to 2007. The entrepreneurship education in junior high school in Japan has been developed to a certain extent. Since 2008, the entrepreneurship education in junior high school in Japan has been continuously improved. The third part focuses on the goal, content and implementation path of entrepreneurship education. The evaluation methods and teacher training aspects present the overall situation of entrepreneurship education in junior high school in Japan. Part 4th discusses the entrepreneurship education in Kyoto Middle School affiliated to Kyoto University of Education and in Shiweizabu Middle School in Xinguan City with the method of case study. This paper introduces the concept and implementation of entrepreneurship education in their schools in detail, analyzes the entrepreneurship education in junior high school in Japan from the micro level. Part 5th summarizes the experience and characteristics of entrepreneurship education in junior high school in Japan. And to our country middle school develops the pioneering education to provide some enlightenment.
