江西省中小学广播体操开展现状及对策研究

【摘要】:中小学广播体操在我国开展已有十多年(1998--2016),是学校课间体育活动不可或缺的部分。中小学广播体操以增强学生体质、培养身心健康发展为目标。通过中小学广播体操的开展,对提升学生的审美观、培养学生良好的锻炼习惯、提高学习效率等有重要影响,已成为培养学生自我锻炼习惯的主要形式之一。现行中小学广播体操的编排设计科学合理,符合中小学生身心发展规律,但实践中中小学广播体操开展却不尽如人意。基于此,本文运用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法等方法,对江西省11个市部分中小学的广播体操开展的现状情况进行了调查,研究认为江西省中小学广播体操开展实际的整体现状良好,但实施过程中仍存在着一些问题:1、中小学生对参与广播体操的积极性不高;2、学生参与广播体操注重外在形式忽略了练习质量;3、在硬件方面,部分中小学体育场地设施难以保障广播体操的开展;4、缺乏比赛等形式的交流活动,制约了中小学广播体操质量提高;5、学校体育教师专业结构不完善,难以满足中学广播体操教学训练的实际需求;广播体操在中小学实际开展中难以做到系统性、连续性。针对江西省中小学广播体操目前存在的问题,提出了相应的对策:1、提高学生自身对广播体操的认知,促进学生练习的积极性;2、加大中小学校体育场地设施建设,保障学生广播体操顺利开展;3、加强比赛交流,提高练习质量;4、优化体育教师专业知识结构,提高广播体操的教学训练水平;5、从宏观方面上:让自编操成为广播体操的辅助形式,有助于广播体操开展的系统性和连续性。
[Abstract]:Radio gymnastics in primary and secondary schools has been carried out in our country for more than ten years from 1998 to 2016, and it is an indispensable part of school sports activities between classes. The goal of radio gymnastics in primary and secondary schools is to strengthen students' physique and develop their physical and mental health. It accords with the law of physical and mental development of primary and middle school students, but it is not satisfactory in practice. Based on this, this paper uses the methods of questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, field investigation, logic analysis, etc. The present situation of radio gymnastics in some primary and secondary schools in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province is investigated, and it is concluded that the actual overall situation of radio gymnastics in primary and middle schools in Jiangxi Province is good. However, in the process of implementation, there are still some problems: 1. The enthusiasm of primary and middle school students to participate in radio gymnastics is not high. Students pay attention to the external form of radio gymnastics and neglect the quality of exercise. In the aspect of hardware, Some sports facilities in primary and secondary schools are difficult to guarantee the development of radio gymnastics and lack of communication activities in the form of competition, which restricts the improvement of the quality of radio gymnastics in primary and secondary schools and the imperfect professional structure of school PE teachers. It is difficult to meet the actual needs of the teaching and training of radio gymnastics in middle schools, and it is difficult to achieve systematization and continuity in the actual development of radio gymnastics in primary and secondary schools. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: 1, to improve the students' own cognition of radio gymnastics, to promote the enthusiasm of students to practice, to increase the construction of sports facilities in middle and primary schools, to ensure the smooth development of students' radio gymnastics, and to strengthen the exchange of competitions. To improve the quality of practice, optimize the structure of PE teachers' professional knowledge, improve the teaching and training level of radio gymnastics. From the macro aspect: let self-compiling exercise become the auxiliary form of broadcast gymnastics, which is helpful to the system and continuity of the development of broadcasting gymnastics.
