香港高中中国语文科校本评核的研究

【摘要】:香港在公开考试中实行校本评核已有三十多年的历史。自2009年起,香港高中实行新学制,与内地有了越来越大的共通性——学生在三年完整的高中学习后将统一参加一次公开考试,特别之处在于香港的中学文凭考试还包含校本评核部分。中国语文科自2007年在香港中学会考中首次实施校本评核以来,至今也有了将近十年的经验积累,本文在梳理香港公开考试中校本评核的历史发展脉络的基础上,重点阐述了香港高中中国语文科校本评核的背景及实施,及其它的特点和面临的困境,结合对内地高中语文学业评价现状分析,归纳了香港高中中国语文科校本评核对内地高考改革的借鉴与启示。通过对香港高中中国语文科校本评核有关文献及资料的分析得出:第一,校本评核与学、教三者有效地结合起来,通过持续评估,教师能了解学生的学习进程,给予及时反馈;第二,校本评核与公开考试适切兼容,它所考查的学生能力并没有脱离于公开考试,但必须是经过长期的观察、评断所得;第三,校本评核提高了公开考试的效度,弥补了一次性考试的不足。最后,香港高中中国语文科校本评核对内地高考改革的启示是:关注过程性评价,将学生平时成绩纳入高考;注重考试全面性,完善高考试卷的试题结构;重视教师能动性,发挥其作为评价主体的作用;侧重前期的准备,确保评价改革的顺利实施;正视评价多元性,彰显质化评价的积极作用。
[Abstract]:Hong Kong has been implementing school-based assessment in public examinations for more than 30 years. Since 2009, the new school system has been in place in Hong Kong's senior secondary schools. There is growing commonality with the mainland-students will take a public examination after three years of complete high school study. In particular, the Hong Kong Certificate of Secondary Education examination also includes a school-based assessment section. Since 2007, when the Hong Kong Certificate of Education examination was first implemented in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education examination, Chinese language has accumulated nearly 10 years of experience. On the basis of combing the historical development of school-based assessment in Hong Kong public examinations, this paper focuses on the background and implementation of school-based assessment of Chinese language in senior high schools in Hong Kong, as well as its other characteristics and difficulties. Combined with the analysis of the current situation of Chinese academic evaluation in senior high schools in the mainland, This paper summarizes the reference and enlightenment of the Chinese language School-based Evaluation in Hong Kong Senior High School to check the reform of the college entrance examination in the mainland. Based on the analysis of the literature and materials related to the School-based Assessment of Chinese language in Hong Kong Senior High School, the following conclusions are drawn: first, School-based Assessment and Learning, Through continuous assessment, teachers can understand the learning process of students and give timely feedback. Second, school-based assessment is compatible with public examinations, and the students' abilities it examines are not divorced from public examinations. But it must be the result of long-term observation and evaluation. Third, the school-based assessment improves the validity of the public examination and makes up for the deficiency of the one-off exam. Finally, The implications of checking the reform of the college entrance examination in the mainland of Hong Kong in terms of the School-based Review of Chinese language in Hong Kong are as follows: paying close attention to the process of evaluation, including the students' normal grades in the college entrance examination, paying attention to the comprehensiveness of the examination, perfecting the structure of the examination questions in the examination papers, and. Give full play to its role as the main body of evaluation; focus on the preparation of the early stage to ensure the smooth implementation of evaluation reform; face up to the pluralistic nature of evaluation and highlight the positive role of qualitative evaluation.
