支架式教学模式用于初中英语写作教学的研究

【摘要】:英语在当今工作生活中的作用越来越重要,掌握英语也是社会发展的趋势。英语写作是英语学习者必须掌握的技能之一。对于初中生来说,无论从自身长远发展,还是从即将到来初中升学考试,英语写作依然重要。然而,目前初中英语写作教学却是英语教学中比较薄弱的环节。在传统写作教学更多的是关注写作的结果,忽视对学生写作过程的教学;学生对英语写作学习兴趣不高,甚至畏惧英语写作,缺乏必要的写作技巧,也没有良好的写作习惯,因此造成写作水平低下。采用支架式教学模式指导初中学生的英语写作能够有效的提高英语写作教学,在教学实践中,教师为学生创造写作情境,搭建写作支架,激励学生在自主学习和合作学习中提升写作能力,构建自身知识体系,激发学生的写作兴趣。本文笔者在研究支架模式教学理论的基础上,在昆山市锦溪中学做了为期20周的实验研究,拟验证一下两个问题:(1)支架式教学模式如何运用到初中英语写作教学?(2)支架式教学模式运用到初中英语写作教学是否能够激发学生的英语写作兴趣和提高学生英语写作水平?实验对象选取初二年级的两个平行班,其中3班为实验班,采用支架式模式指导写作教学;4班仍然使用传统的写作教学模式,其他教学条件保持一致。两个班级在实验前后均进行问卷调查和写作测试,并利用excel对所收集的数据进行分析。本文还利用一堂英语写作课来说明支架式教学模式用于写作的具体教学步骤。经过20周的实验研究表明:使用支架式教学模式指导英语写作教学能够提升学生的写作水平,能够提高学生的写作兴趣和写作信心,改变学生写作态度,还能够培养学生的合作学习的能力。对于对写作能力较低的同学,支架式教学对他们提升空间较大。但是由于条件的限制,本次研究的对象数量不是很多,所以本次研究结论有待进一步的探讨。在教学实践中如何更快的发现学生最近发展区也有待继续研究。
[Abstract]:English plays a more and more important role in today's work and life, and mastering English is also the trend of social development. English writing is one of the skills English learners must master. For junior high school students, English writing is still important both from their own long-term development and from the upcoming junior high school entrance examination. However, at present, English writing teaching in junior high school is a weak link in English teaching. Traditional writing teaching pays more attention to the result of writing and neglects the teaching of students' writing process. Students have low interest in English writing, even fear English writing, lack the necessary writing skills and have no good writing habits. As a result, the writing level is low. The use of scaffolding teaching mode to guide junior middle school students' English writing can effectively improve the teaching of English writing. In teaching practice, teachers create writing situations for students and build writing scaffolding. Encourage students to improve their writing ability in autonomous learning and cooperative learning, build their own knowledge system, stimulate students' interest in writing. On the basis of studying the theory of scaffold mode teaching, the author conducted a 20-week experimental study in Jinxi Middle School in Kunshan City. To test two questions: 1) how to apply the scaffolding teaching model to junior high school English writing teaching? (2) whether the scaffolding teaching model can stimulate students' interest in English writing and improve their English writing level? Two parallel classes of grade 2 were chosen, among which class 3 was used as experimental class, and class 4 was still using the traditional writing teaching mode, while the other teaching conditions remained the same. Both classes conducted questionnaires and writing tests before and after the experiment, and analyzed the collected data by excel. This paper also uses an English writing class to illustrate the teaching steps of the scaffolding teaching model for writing. After 20 weeks of experimental research, it is shown that the use of scaffolding teaching mode to guide English writing teaching can improve students' writing level, enhance students' writing interest and confidence, and change students' writing attitude. Also can train the student's cooperative learning ability. For students with low writing ability, scaffolding teaching has more room for improvement. However, due to the constraints of the conditions, the number of this study is not many, so the conclusion of this study needs to be further discussed. How to find the students'proximal development area more quickly in teaching practice also needs to be studied.
