同辈群体对初中生品德的消极影响研究

【摘要】：初中生同辈群体是指初中生在班级内外通过自由选择交往同伴,形成自己的群体亚文化,在现实生活中或者虚拟网络中交往的非正式群体。同辈群体在青少年群体中普遍存在,是青少年重要的人际环境。同辈群体对初中生品德既有积极影响又有消极影响,本研究着眼于同辈群体对初中生品德的消极影响,目的是消除同辈群体对初中生品德的消极影响,使同辈群体成为初中生品德发展的动力。本研究以实证主义方法论为指导、辅以必要的理论分析,主要采用调查法、比较法,基于教育学、心理学和社会学研究视角,探讨同辈群体对初中生品德产生消极影响的现状,分析其原因,最后提出教育建议。本研究采用自编的初中生同辈群体品德调查问卷、访谈提纲并辅以观察法,调查同辈群体对初中生品德产生消极影响的现状,结果发现同辈群体影响下初中生道德认知易进入误区、道德情感易产生异化、道德意志易出现薄弱和行为失范。初中生身心发展不成熟,不能够有效处理人际交往中情感和理智的关系,是同辈群体对初中生品德产生消极影响的心理基础。同辈群体交往中较强的群体内聚力对外界德育影响具有排斥性、非正式的内部规范对初中生言行具有约束性、不良的群体活动的诱惑性,是同辈群体对初中生品德产生消极影响的直接原因。学校对初中生同辈群体教育方式不当、家庭对初中生同辈群体教育的偏离和不良社会环境对初中生同辈群体的熏染,是同辈群体对初中生品德产生消极影响的外在原因。针对初中生不理性的交往心理,家长要在生活中注重培养孩子交往情感、教师要利用课堂教学培养学生的同辈交往能力;针对群体内部因素的消极作用,教师和家长要帮助初中生同辈群体成员削弱不良群体内聚力、正视非正式的群体内部规范和舒缓群体压力、引导初中生进行积极健康的交往活动;针对学校、家庭和社会对初中生同辈群体引导不利,学校对同辈群体教育要注重方法、家庭要发挥引导同辈群体基础作用、社会为初中生同辈群体营造健康的交往环境。
[Abstract]:The peer group of junior high school students refers to the informal group of junior high school students in real life or virtual network by freely choosing their peers to form their own subculture in real life or virtual network. Peer groups are prevalent among adolescents and are important interpersonal environments for adolescents. Peer groups have both positive and negative effects on junior high school students' moral character. This study focuses on the negative effects of peer groups on junior high school students' moral character, in order to eliminate the negative effects of peer groups on junior high school students' moral character. Make peer group become the motive force of junior high school students' moral development. Under the guidance of positivist methodology and the necessary theoretical analysis, this study mainly adopts the investigation method, the comparative method and the perspective of pedagogy, psychology and sociology to explore the status quo of the negative influence of peer groups on junior high school students' moral character. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions on education. In this study, we investigated the status quo of the negative influence of peer groups on junior high school students' moral character by self-designed questionnaire, interview syllabus and observation method. The results show that under the influence of peer group, junior high school students' moral cognition is easy to be mistaken, moral emotion is easy to be alienated, moral will is weak and behavior is out of order. Junior high school students' physical and mental development is immature and can not effectively deal with the relationship between emotion and reason in interpersonal communication, which is the psychological basis of the negative influence of peer groups on junior high school students' moral character. The stronger group cohesion in the peer group communication has the exclusion to the outside moral education influence, the informal internal norm has the restriction to the junior high school student's words and deeds, the bad group activity temptation, It is the direct cause of the negative influence of peer groups on junior high school students' moral character. The negative influence of peer groups on the moral character of junior high school students is caused by improper education methods of junior high school students, deviation of peer group education from family to junior high school students and the influence of bad social environment on junior high school students' peer groups. In view of the irrational communication psychology of junior high school students, parents should pay attention to cultivating their children's communicative emotion in life, teachers should use classroom teaching to cultivate students' peer communication ability, and aim at the negative effect of the internal factors of the group. Teachers and parents should help junior high school students weaken the cohesion of their peers, face up to the informal internal norms and relieve group pressure, and guide junior high school students to carry out positive and healthy communication activities. The family and the society are disadvantageous to the junior high school students' peer group guidance, the school should pay attention to the method to the peer group education, the family should play the role of guiding the peer group foundation, the society creates the healthy communication environment for the junior high school student peer group.
