高考招生制度改革背景下延安市普通高中有效课堂教学研究

【摘要】：新高考招生制度改革政策的提出,对我国基础教育阶段尤其是普通高中教育指明了新诉求,高考招生制度的完善,有利于克服原有“应试教育”的弊端,从而促进素质教育的贯彻落实。因此,研究高考招生制度改革背景下普通高中有效课堂教学,不但具有较高的学术意义,而且具有很强的现实意义。本研究选取陕西省延安市普通高中作为研究对象,综合运用观察法、问卷法及访谈法,对延安市普通高中课堂教学现状深入调查,对存在的问题进行了归纳:教师与学生缺乏对教学目标的全面认识,课堂教学内容设置单一,教师教学方法单调且未能引导学生建立自主学习方法,教师权威、学生附庸的传统师生关系没有变,教学评价对象、方式单一且教师、学生评价结果的使用不当,学校管理科学性不足。针对这些问题,找出了阻碍延安市普通高中有效课堂教学实施的因素包括教师教学因素、学生学习因素及学校管理因素。教师对学生需求缺乏充分了解,对高考改革新政策的理解有偏差,对素质教育下的有效课堂教学认识不足。学生对自身特点及需求了解不充分,缺乏学习自主性,也未能建立正确的学习方法。而学校管理方面,对高考招生制度改革新诉求不重视,未能建立素质教育机制,教师教育体系也不完善,对于课堂教学的实际需求缺乏整体考虑。根据这些因素,尝试性地提出了适合延安市普通高中有效课堂教学的策略建议:确立多维的教学目标;建立促进学生全面发展和社会发展相结合的教学内容;注重教学过程的作用;采取多元的教学方法及建立综合的教学评价机制;树立“以人为本”的学校管理理念及学校管理机制。
[Abstract]:The new college entrance examination enrollment system reform policy has pointed out the new demand to our country basic education stage, especially the ordinary high school education. The perfection of the college entrance examination enrollment system will help to overcome the malpractice of the original "examination-oriented education". So as to promote the implementation of quality education. Therefore, it is not only of academic significance but also of great practical significance to study the effective classroom teaching in ordinary high schools under the background of the reform of the college entrance examination enrollment system. This study selects the ordinary senior high school in Yan'an, Shaanxi Province as the research object, synthetically uses the observation method, the questionnaire method and the interview method, deeply investigates the present situation of the classroom teaching of the ordinary high school in Yan'an city. The existing problems are summarized as follows: teachers and students lack a comprehensive understanding of teaching objectives, classroom teaching content is single, teachers' teaching methods are monotonous and fail to guide students to establish autonomous learning methods, and teachers' authority. The traditional teacher-student relationship of student vassal has not changed, the teaching evaluation object, the way of teaching evaluation is single and the teacher, the student evaluation result is used improperly, and the school management is not scientific enough. Aiming at these problems, the author finds out the factors that hinder the effective classroom teaching in Yanan senior high school, including teachers' teaching factors, students' learning factors and school management factors. Teachers lack sufficient understanding of students' needs, misunderstand the new policy of college entrance examination reform, and lack understanding of effective classroom teaching under quality-oriented education. Students do not fully understand their own characteristics and needs, lack learning autonomy, and fail to establish correct learning methods. In the aspect of school management, the new demands of the reform of the college entrance examination enrollment system are ignored, the quality education mechanism is not established, the teacher education system is not perfect, and the actual demands of classroom teaching are not considered as a whole. According to these factors, this paper tries to put forward some suggestions for effective classroom teaching in Yanan senior high school: establishing multi-dimensional teaching objectives, establishing teaching contents that promote students' comprehensive development and social development; Pay attention to the function of teaching process, adopt multiple teaching methods and establish comprehensive teaching evaluation mechanism, set up "people-oriented" school management idea and school management mechanism.
