张家口市中小学足球教师资源现状调查研究

【摘要】：我国足球运动正蓬勃发展,青少年足球后背人才的培养是发展我国足球运动事业的根本保障,只有对中小学校的青少年进行科学系统的教学训练及培养,我国的足球运动事业才能从根本上改善。2009年国家体育总局和教育局联合下发了《关于开展全国青少年校园足球活动的通知》,全国各大城市都在稳步推行中小学校园足球发展,实现足球育人功能。各大城市的校园足球联赛及足球教师培训正迅速发展并不断壮大。我国中小学校园足球运动事业正处于发展初期,各方面的发展均不平衡与完善,为推动本地区中小学校的足球运动事业发展,本人以“张家口市中小学足球教师资源调查现状研究”为题目,以张家口市中小学足球教师资源队伍为本文的研究对象,主要得出以下几方面的结论:1.张家口市中小学足球教师资源队伍仍存在问题,年龄断层,从业时间短,收入少,职称、学历、教练员等级取得不理想,足球场地少。2.张家口市中小学足球教师资源队伍培训次数少,时间短,但参培意愿强烈,希望通过更多的培训丰富自身。3.张家口市中小学校的每周课时量较少,缺少更为详细的训练工作计划,并且张家口市各中小学校之间的足球比赛次数较少。4.缺乏与中小学校足球运动项目相符合的考评制度。5.张家口市各中小学校对本校足球运动项目投入较少,体现对本校足球运动的重视不够,达不到相应的效果。
[Abstract]:Football is developing vigorously in our country. The training of young football backers is the fundamental guarantee for the development of football in our country. Only the young people in primary and secondary schools are trained and trained scientifically and systematically. In 2009, the State General Administration of Sports and the Bureau of Education jointly issued a notice on the Development of Youth Campus Football activities in China. All major cities throughout the country are steadily promoting the development of primary and secondary school campus football. To realize the function of football education. The campus football league and the training of football teachers are growing rapidly in major cities. In order to promote the development of football in primary and secondary schools in our area, the development of football in primary and secondary schools in China is in the early stage of development, and the development of all aspects is unbalanced and perfect. With the title of "investigation of football teachers' resources in middle and primary schools in Zhangjiakou City" and the research object of this paper, the author draws the following conclusions: 1. In Zhangjiakou City, there are still some problems in football teachers' resources, such as age gap, short working time, low income, professional title, educational background, poor level of coaches, and less football field. Zhangjiakou primary and secondary school football teacher resources team training fewer times, short time, but strong willingness to participate in training, hoping to enrich themselves through more training. 3. Zhangjiakou primary and secondary schools have less class hours per week, lack a more detailed training work plan, and the number of football matches between primary and secondary schools in Zhangjiakou is less. 4. Lack of school football sports in line with the evaluation system. 5. Every middle and primary school in Zhangjiakou has less investment in football sports, which reflects that the school does not pay enough attention to football, and can not achieve the corresponding results.
