大数据、云计算与高考的精准化研究

【摘要】:高考是鉴别、遴选和配置合格乃至优质高教生员、保障高教有效组织和实施的基本环节和机制,也是公平合理地分配和使用教育资源、保障和实现高等教育公平的基本手段和措施。由于高考涉及到海量信息的收集、整理、鉴别、组织和采用,加之多种不确定人为因素的干扰和影响,使以往高考的选拔质量、效率与公平性呈现出明显的粗放性,甚至导致严重极端的低效和不公现象。借助、引入和创设大数据、云计算技术手段和机制,就成为从根本上改进和重建高考选拔的精准性机制,加速实现高考优质、高效与公平价值的战略课题、现实选择和当务举措。本研究运用教育社会生态研究范式,采用现实观察法和文献法,在系统地考察了现今高考中存在的粗放性问题及其对高考效率与公平的严重影响和深层原因的基础上,把大数据、云计算作为基本手段和机制引入高考命题、实施、阅卷、分数解释和采用以及专业分配与选择等环节和整个过程当中,力图通过大数据、云计算这一先进的计算机技术来提升高考的精准化程度,最大可能地保障和实现高考的优质、高效和公平。本研究的研究内容及相应的研究结论如下:第一章对课题的研究背景、意义、现状、内容和方法进行了简要的介绍,着重说明了高考的粗放型现状及进行精准化改进的重要意义。第二章系统探讨了高考低效不公的现状、成因及其出路。论文尖锐地指出当今高考在命题、实施、阅卷、分数解释和采用、专业分配与选择等方面存在的粗放性特征及其导致的低效和不公,深入揭示了中国城乡二元结构,城乡及区域之间在经济文化及教育发展不均衡,是造成高考在命题、实施、阅卷、分数解释和采用、专业分配与选择等方面精细化程度不够的重要原因。第三章针对高考存在的问题,把大数据、云计算的理念和技术引入高考精准化建设。从高考命题、实施、阅卷、分数分析和采用、专业分配与选择等方面入手,探析了高考精准化建设各个环节中大数据、云计算技术的应用。第四章探讨了大数据、云计算与高考精准化建设需要注意的问题。深入指出要从根本上注重质性把握与量化处理的辩证关系,要从质性把握入手精心选择和设计大数据、云计算的量化处理,在量化处理的基础上进行质性把握。此外还要注意大数据、云计算技术自身存在的缺陷和不足,在使用大数据、云计算技术时要注意信息安全和僵化等问题。
[Abstract]:The college entrance examination is the basic link and mechanism for identifying, selecting and configuring qualified and high quality teachers, ensuring the effective organization and implementation of the higher education. It is also the basic means and measures for the fair and rational distribution and use of educational resources, and the guarantee and Realization of the fairness of Higher Education. Combined with the interference and influence of a variety of uncertain human factors, the selection quality, efficiency and fairness of the past college entrance examination are obviously extensive and even lead to severe and extreme inefficiency and unfairness. With the help of the introduction and creation of large data, cloud computing technology means and mechanisms, it is a fundamental improvement and reconstruction of the precision of the selection of college entrance examination. To accelerate the realization of the high quality, high efficiency and fair value of the college entrance examination, the practical choice and the action. This study uses the paradigm of social ecology in education and the practical observation and literature methods to systematically investigate the extensive problems in the present college entrance examination and its serious impact on the efficiency and fairness of the college entrance examination and the deep origin. On the basis of this, we introduce big data and cloud computing as the basic means and mechanism to introduce the proposition of college entrance examination, implementation, marking, score interpretation and adoption, and the whole process of professional distribution and selection, trying to improve the accuracy of the college entrance examination through large data, cloud computing, the advanced computer technology, and the greatest possible guarantee and reality. The research content and the corresponding conclusions are as follows: the first chapter briefly introduces the research background, significance, status, content and methods of the subject, and emphasizes the extensive status of the college entrance examination and the significance of the precision improvement. The second chapter systematically discusses the low efficiency and unfairness of the college entrance examination. The present situation, the causes and the way out. The paper pointed out that the present college entrance examination has the extensive characteristics, the low efficiency and unfairness in the propositions, the implementation, the marking, the score interpretation and adoption, the professional distribution and the choice, and the two yuan structure in the urban and rural areas of China, and the unbalanced economic and cultural and educational development between the urban and rural areas and the regions. In the third chapter, the big data, the concept and technology of cloud computing are introduced to the precision construction of the college entrance examination. The major data, the concept and technology of cloud computing are introduced into the college entrance examination. The fourth chapter discusses the problems that need attention in the construction of large data, cloud computing and the precision construction of college entrance examination. It is pointed out that the dialectical relationship between heavy quality assurance and quantitative treatment should be deeply pointed out, and the quality assurance should be carefully selected. And design large data, the quantitative processing of cloud computing, qualitative grasp on the basis of quantitative processing. In addition, we should pay attention to the defects and shortcomings of large data, cloud computing technology itself. In the use of large data, cloud computing technology should pay attention to information security and stiffness and other problems.
