邯郸市初中体育课程资源开发与利用的研究

【摘要】:邯郸,位于河北省的南端,晋冀鲁豫的交界处,西依太行山脉,东连华北平原,北连邢台、南毗安阳,被称为河北省的南大门。这几年来,邯郸市的经济发展迅速,但是教育却相对滞后。从体育课程资源的研究出发,加快邯郸市的体育发展和教育的进步,满足邯郸市和谐发展的要求。课程资源是国家在基础教育新课程标准改革中提出的非常重的概念,但研究还不够完善。自2016年5月11日国务院办公厅日前印发《关于强化学校体育促进学生身心健康全面发展的意见》以来,就推动学校体育改革发展与强化工作做出全面部署。因为城乡和各地的学校体育设施设备具有较大差别,让全部学生达到符合体育课程标准的要求,就需要努力开发与利用各种体育资源。许多专家和学者对新体育课程的目标、内容、评价以及新课程的实施等进行了研究。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,以邯郸市五所中学作为调查对象,对邯郸市初中的体育课程资源开发的现状及对策进行分析研究。研究结果表明:邯郸市初中体育课程的实施情况喜忧参半。大多数体育教师已经接受新的教学理念,但还有一些体育教师运用陈旧的教学方法进行教学,用针对旧课程的方法去解决新课程的问题;体育教师的学历符合要求,但许多教师对课程资源的开发与利用意识较弱,男女比例失调;许多教师都参加过相应的培训,但培训形式单一、时间较短,因此培训起不到很好的效果;教师对教学内容与评价研究不够透彻;学校的教学设施符合新课程要求,但缺少系统与连贯性,并且课外校外课程资源内容形式单一。最后,本文根据邯郸市初中体育课程资源的发展现状,提出了一些参考性建议,建议从人力资源、自然地理课程资源、体育信息资源、课程内容资源、体育设施资源以及课外校外体育资源等方面进行开发与利用。希望本文能为邯郸市初中体育课程的全面实施提供一些理论参考和建议。
[Abstract]:Handan, located at the southern tip of Hebei Province, the junction of Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong and Henan, is known as the southern gate of Hebei Province, with the Taihang Mountains in the west, the North China Plain in the east, Xingtai in the north and Anyang in the south. In recent years, Handan's economy has developed rapidly, but education has lagged behind. Based on the research of physical education curriculum resources, the development of physical education and the progress of education in Handan city are accelerated to meet the requirements of harmonious development of Handan city. Curriculum resource is a very important concept put forward in the reform of the new curriculum standard of basic education, but the research is not perfect. Since May 11, 2016, the General Office of the State Council issued "opinions on strengthening School physical Education to promote the overall Development of students' physical and Mental Health", and made a comprehensive plan to promote the reform, development and strengthening of school physical education. Because of the great difference between urban and rural school sports facilities and facilities, it is necessary to develop and utilize all kinds of sports resources so that all students can meet the requirements of physical education curriculum standards. Many experts and scholars have studied the goal, content, evaluation and implementation of the new physical education curriculum. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, the present situation and countermeasures of the development of physical education curriculum resources in junior middle schools in Handan City are analyzed and studied in this paper. The results show that: Handan junior middle school physical education curriculum implementation is mixed. Most PE teachers have accepted the new teaching idea, but there are some PE teachers who use the old teaching methods to solve the problems of the new curriculum. However, many teachers have a weak awareness of the development and utilization of curriculum resources and mismatch between men and women; many teachers have participated in the corresponding training, but the form of training is single and the time is short, so the training does not have very good effect. Teachers' research on teaching content and evaluation is not thorough; the teaching facilities of the school meet the requirements of the new curriculum, but lack of system and consistency, and the form of extracurricular curriculum resources is single. Finally, according to the present situation of the development of physical education curriculum resources in Handan junior middle school, this paper puts forward some reference suggestions, such as human resources, natural geography curriculum resources, sports information resources, curriculum content resources, etc. Sports facilities and extracurricular sports resources and other aspects of development and utilization. I hope this paper can provide some theoretical reference and suggestions for Handan junior middle school physical education curriculum implementation.
