上海市高中乒乓球专项课程实施的研究

【摘要】:上海市高中体育专项化改革至今已四年之久,在2012年、2015年、2016年分别开展了三批高中专项化试点学校,在改革取得成功经验的同时,也存在着一些问题。本文研究采取文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,以上海市高中乒乓球专项课程实施为研究对象,对上海市高中乒乓球专项化试点学校的场地师资情况、专项课程开设情况以及乒乓球专项化教学情况及存在的问题等进行调查分析,发现其中的问题与不足,对上海市高中乒乓球专项课程实施中存在的问题进行深入讨论,并结合理论分析,得到以下结论:第一、目前上海市高中乒乓球专项化总体开展情况较好,52.38%的试点学校采取根据学生兴趣分班的班级设置形式。班级人数控制在30人以内,但是大部分试点学校每周只有一次乒乓球专项课,学生学习时间较少。第二、乒乓球专项教师年龄主要集中在50岁以下,专项教师年龄趋于年轻化;男性体育教师占了69.23%;学历基本都是本科及以上,职称集中在中教一级。第三、乒乓球专项教师都认为,乒乓球运动可以培养学生终身体育能力,乒乓球专项课程的功能主要为:娱乐、增强体质、增进交往、掌握乒乓球专项技能、锻炼意志品质;学生对乒乓球专项教师持喜欢态度。第四、76.19%的学生对乒乓球专项课程表示出喜欢的态度,态度转变明显,学生普遍更喜欢现行的乒乓球专项课程。第五、乒乓球专项课程开展的主要影响因素排在前五的依次是师资力量不足、场地器材不足、学习时间太短、校园乒乓球气氛不足、班级人数太多、项目本身太难。
[Abstract]:It has been four years since the special reform of senior high school sports in Shanghai. In 2012, 2015 and 2016, three groups of special high school special pilot schools were carried out respectively. There are also some problems in the successful experience of the reform. This paper adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and takes the implementation of the special course of table tennis in senior high school in Shanghai as the research object, and makes a study on the teaching staff of the specialized experimental school of high school table tennis in Shanghai. Through the investigation and analysis of the opening of special courses and the teaching situation and existing problems of table tennis, the problems and shortcomings are found, and the problems existing in the implementation of the special course of table tennis in senior high schools in Shanghai are discussed in depth. Based on the theoretical analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: first, 52.38% of the pilot schools in Shanghai adopt the form of class setting according to the students' interests. Class size is limited to 30, but most of the pilot schools have only one table tennis class a week, and students have less time to study. Second, the age of table tennis teachers is mainly under 50 years old, the age of special teachers tends to be younger; male physical education teachers account for 69.23; academic qualifications are basically undergraduate and above, professional titles are concentrated in the middle education level. Third, table tennis teachers believe that table tennis can cultivate students' lifelong sports ability, the functions of table tennis special courses are: entertainment, strengthening physique, enhancing communication, mastering table tennis special skills, training the quality of will; Students like table tennis teachers. 76.19% of the students showed a favorable attitude towards the special course of table tennis, and their attitude changed obviously, and students generally preferred the present special course of table tennis. Fifthly, the main influencing factors of table tennis special course are the shortage of teachers, the shortage of site and equipment, the short study time, the insufficient atmosphere of table tennis on campus, too many classes, and the project itself is too difficult.
