商丘市市区中学体育教师职业素质的分析

【摘要】：随着素质教育的进一步推进,对体育教师提出了更高的要求,被誉为“人类灵魂的工程师和健美师”体育教师,其言行举止对学生产生潜移默化的重大影响,体育教师作为教育理念的载体,学校教育的组织者和最终执行者,也是深化教育改革、实施素质教育的主体力量和直接的实践者,其自身素质影响着教育实施的效果。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、逻辑分析法等完成了研究商丘市市区中学体育教师职业素质结构的大致构建,从而对提高商丘市市区中学体育教师体育事业的发展提出合理建议。为了全面了解商丘市市区中学体育教师的职业素质的高低,从商丘市市区中学体育教师的基本情况、能力素质、道德素质、心理素质和知识素质五个方面展开调查。其中基本情况包括课时、月收入情况和对薪资待遇满意情况。职业能力包括语言表达能力、教育教学能力、管理能力、科研能力、创新能力和反思能力和知识素质;心理素质包括人际关系能力和面对挫折时的情绪情感态度和身体素质;职业道德包括仪表言行、敬业态度和对学生的态度方面;影响商丘市市区中学体育教师的因素包括学校领导的态度、个人因素、培训情况,针对存在的问题提出可行性的参考意见。通过分析得出结论,商丘市市区中学的体育老师整体素质良好。首先,商丘市市区多数中学体育教师的月收入在2001-3000,每周课时在16节以上,身体健康状况素质良好,对工资待遇的满意程度高;其次,具有较强的教学能力、训练能力、反思能力,沟通协作能力,师生关系融洽、抗压能力强具有良好的心理素质;再次,在职业道德方面,多数教师能做到为人师表、热忠于体育教学工作。学校领导态度、个人因素、教师的工作强度和待遇、培训情况对商丘市市区中学体育教师职业素质有很大影响。但是,还有个别地方有待提高1.教师的编写教案能力不太理想;2.教师在科研能力、创新能力和运用多媒体教学能力相对较弱;3.中学体育教师知识结构面比较窄,知识结构层次比较单一,体育美学和体育人文社会学的知识的掌握不太理想,努力提高教师的综合素质。
[Abstract]:With the further development of quality education, higher demands have been put forward on physical education teachers, who are known as "engineers of human soul and bodybuilders", whose words and deeds have a great influence on students. As the carrier of educational idea, the organizer and executor of school education is also the main force and direct practitioner of deepening educational reform and carrying out quality-oriented education. Their own qualities affect the effect of educational implementation. This paper studies the construction of the professional quality structure of middle school PE teachers in Shangqiu city by the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and logic analysis. Therefore, reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve the development of physical education for middle school PE teachers in Shangqiu city. In order to fully understand the professional quality of middle school PE teachers in Shangqiu city, the investigation was carried out from five aspects: the basic condition, the ability quality, the moral quality, the psychological quality and the knowledge quality of the middle school PE teachers in Shangqiu city. The basic information includes class hours, monthly income and salary satisfaction. Professional ability includes language expression, education and teaching ability, management ability, scientific research ability, innovation ability and reflective ability and knowledge quality, psychological quality includes interpersonal ability and emotional attitude and physical quality in the face of frustration. Professional ethics includes appearance, words and deeds, professional attitude and attitude towards students, and the factors that affect middle school physical education teachers in Shangqiu city include the attitude of school leaders, personal factors and training situation. Put forward the feasible reference to the existing problems. Through the analysis of the conclusion, Shangqiu city middle school physical education teachers as a whole good quality. First, the monthly income of most middle school PE teachers in Shangqiu city is 2001-3,000, the weekly class hours are more than 16 sessions, the physical health condition is good, the satisfaction to the salary treatment is high; secondly, has the strong teaching ability, the training ability, The ability of reflection, communication and cooperation, harmonious relationship between teachers and students, strong ability of resisting pressure have good psychological quality. Thirdly, in the aspect of professional ethics, most teachers can be exemplary and loyal to the teaching work of physical education. The attitude of school leaders, personal factors, teachers' working intensity and treatment, and the training situation have great influence on the professional quality of middle school PE teachers in Shangqiu city. However, there are still a few areas that need to be improved by 1. 5%. The teacher's ability to write teaching plan is not ideal. Teachers' ability in scientific research, innovation and the use of multimedia teaching ability is relatively weak. The knowledge structure of PE teachers in middle school is narrow and the level of knowledge structure is single. The knowledge of sports aesthetics and sports humanities sociology is not very ideal. Therefore, the comprehensive quality of teachers should be improved.
