初中英语阅读教学词汇衔接调查研究

【摘要】:词汇衔接理论出现于上个世纪六十年代。从上个世纪八十年代开始,作为语篇衔接理论的词汇衔接开始出现在英语阅读教学的课堂里。自从词汇衔接被运用到阅读课堂教学之后,学生的英语阅读能力得到了发展。通过篇章中的词汇衔接方式,学生可以更好地理解篇章中各个层次上面的语义关系。在此基础上,学生就能更加深刻、全面地理解整个篇章的含义。因此,词汇衔接被认为是提高学生阅读能力的一种好方法。笔者主要通过问卷调查和师生访谈的方式,其目的就是了解词汇衔接理论对提高初中学生的英语阅读能力是否有效,以及词汇衔接在初中英语阅读教学中的实际应用。笔者在实习期间,首先观察到初中学生在英语阅读的态度方面有所变化,与此同时,英语教师的教学方法也会随着学生阅读态度的变化而做出相应的调整;然后,笔者又通过对英语教师的访谈,结果发现他们在教学方式方面也有相应的转变。随后,笔者进一步深入研究了初中英语教师如何利用词汇衔接理论来提高英语阅读教学的质量。本研究通过对初中英语教师的问卷调查及访谈,结果发现,其中有69%的教师认为,对于词汇衔接的讲解在英语阅读教学中是非常有必要的,因为它对阅读教学的作用是有效的。本研究通过对初中学生的问卷调查及访谈,结果发现,其中有80%的学生认为,如果老师在英语阅读课上用词汇衔接的方式讲解语篇,将更加有利于学生对整篇文章的理解,同时也能提高他们的阅读理解速度。总之,通过词汇衔接在初中英语阅读教学中的调查研究,最终得出的结论是,如果教师在初中英语阅读教学中能够正确使用词汇衔接理论,这不但能够提升学生的英语阅读速度,也可以提高学生的英语阅读能力和阅读理解水平。与此同时,还可以提高初中英语阅读教学的质量和效果。因此,这为今后初中英语阅读教学的改进提供了一个新的教学思路,同时也提出了一个新的英语阅读教学视角和行之有效的教学方法。
[Abstract]:The theory of lexical cohesion appeared in the 1960 s. Since 1980's, lexical cohesion, as a discourse cohesion theory, has appeared in English reading class. Since the use of lexical cohesion in reading class, students' English reading ability has been developed. Through the lexical cohesion in the text, the students can better understand the semantic relationship at all levels in the text. On this basis, students can understand the meaning of the whole text more deeply and comprehensively. Therefore, lexical cohesion is considered to be a good way to improve students' reading ability. The purpose of this paper is to find out whether lexical cohesion theory is effective in improving junior high school students' English reading ability and the practical application of lexical cohesion in junior high school English reading teaching. During the practice period, I first observed that the attitude of junior middle school students in English reading has changed. At the same time, the teaching methods of English teachers will be adjusted accordingly with the change of students' reading attitude. Through interviews with English teachers, the author finds that they have also changed their teaching methods. Then, the author makes a further study on how to improve the quality of English reading teaching by using lexical cohesion theory. Based on a questionnaire survey and an interview with English teachers in junior high school, the results show that 69% of the teachers think that the explanation of lexical cohesion is very necessary in English reading teaching, because it is effective in reading teaching. Based on a questionnaire survey and an interview with junior high school students, it is found that 80% of the students believe that if teachers use lexical cohesion to explain the text in English reading class, it will be more beneficial to the students' understanding of the whole article. It also improves their reading comprehension. In a word, through the investigation of lexical cohesion in junior high school English reading teaching, the final conclusion is that if teachers can correctly use lexical cohesion theory in junior middle school English reading teaching, This can not only improve the students' English reading speed, but also improve their English reading ability and reading comprehension. At the same time, it can also improve the quality and effect of junior high school English reading teaching. Therefore, it provides a new teaching idea for the improvement of English reading teaching in junior high school in the future. At the same time, it also puts forward a new perspective of English reading teaching and effective teaching methods.
