县级教师进修学校教育资源个案研究

【摘要】:县级教师进修学校作为我国当前和今后一段时期基层中小学教师、特别是农村中小学教师培训进修不可替代的机构,在完成职后补偿教育提高学历的使命后,其教师培训已转到以教师全员培训与提高教师专业发展能力的新方向。县级教师进修学校作为中小学教师继续教育的培训基地,教师终身教育的实践阵地,教师教研活动的重要平台,在中小学教师专业发展培训上应有重要作为,但当前许多教师进修学校办学功能弱化,办学条件较差,教育资源拓展利用不够,没有达到很好的培训目的。近十几年来,国家日益重视义务教育均衡发展,重视义务教育资源配置,加大各类办学条件标准化建设力度,义务教育学校硬件设施设备基本已达标,但师资整体水平还需要很大提升。漳州市历来重视教育,但县级教师进修学校在办学条件、培训资源等方面仍然存在很多的问题,为深入剖析教师进修学校的现状,本研究特选取Z县教师进修学校作为个案,进行深入研究。本研究在实地调研、查阅文献、整理资料、分析数据的基础上,以漳州市县级教师进修学校为研究面,以Z县教师进修学校为研究点,全面掌握漳州市县级教师进修学校教育资源现状,聚焦Z县教师进修学校发展现状,找出教育资源开发存在问题,提出进一步拓展和利用建议对策,为县级教师进修学校优化学校办学功能提供借鉴与参考。本课题主要内容由四部分组成。第一部分绪论主要介绍选题背景、选题意义、相关研究成果和研究方法等;第二部分以漳州市中小学教师教育资源发展概况为背景,通过实地走访访谈、发放问卷等形式对Z县教师进修学校办学资源进行分析调研。第三部分通过Z县教师进修学校个案调研数据分析其存在的问题及其产生的原因。第四部分针对存在的问题提出教育资源拓展的对策,以期实现提升县级教师进修学校办学水平和培训质量,进而提升全县教师专业发展的目的。
[Abstract]:County-level teacher training schools are irreplaceable institutions for primary and secondary school teachers, especially rural primary and secondary school teachers, at present and for a period of time to come. After completing the mission of post-service compensatory education to improve their academic qualifications, Teacher training has been transferred to a new direction of teacher training and improving teachers' professional development ability. As a training base for teachers' continuing education in primary and secondary schools, the county level teachers' continuing education training base, the practical position of teachers' lifelong education, the important platform for teachers' teaching and research activities, and the training of teachers' professional development in primary and secondary schools should play an important role. But at present, the function of many teachers' further education schools is weakened, the condition of running a school is poor, the educational resources are not enough to expand and use, and the purpose of training is not very good. In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to the balanced development of compulsory education, to the allocation of compulsory education resources, and to the standardization of various school conditions. The hardware facilities of compulsory education schools have basically reached the standard. But the overall level of teachers still needs to be greatly improved. Zhangzhou has always attached great importance to education, but there are still many problems in the conditions of running schools and training resources at county level. In order to deeply analyze the present situation of teacher training schools, this study selects Z County teacher training School as a case study. Carry on the thorough research. On the basis of field investigation, literature review, collation of data and analysis of data, this study takes Zhangzhou County Teachers' further Education School as the research area and Z County teacher training School as the research point. Comprehensively grasp the present situation of educational resources of teachers' further education schools at the county level in Zhangzhou, focus on the present situation of teacher education schools in Z County, find out the problems existing in the development of educational resources, and put forward some suggestions for further development and utilization. It provides reference and reference for county-level teachers' further education schools to optimize the function of running schools. The main content of this subject consists of four parts. The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the background of the topic, the significance of the topic, related research results and research methods; the second part of the Zhangzhou primary and secondary school teachers' educational resources development as the background, through field interviews, In the form of questionnaire and other forms, this paper analyzes and investigates the school resources of Z County teacher Education School. The third part analyzes the existing problems and the causes through the case investigation data of Z County teacher training School. In the fourth part, the author puts forward the countermeasures to expand the educational resources in order to improve the level of running schools and the quality of training for teachers at county level, and then to promote the professional development of teachers in the whole county.
