一名中学数学教师教学风格的叙事研究

【摘要】:教学风格是一名教师在长时间的教学活动中表现出来的经常的、富有成效的稳定的教学行为,是一名优秀教师的整体素质的表现。体现在教师的教学思想、专业知识、课堂管理、教学经验、教学策略、教学方法技巧、教学氛围等。与当前关于教学风格的理论分析研究不同的是,本研究贴近生活实际,立足于对目前中学教育现状的了解,通过对某一中学数学教师的教学风格展开叙事研究,希望能为教学风格的研究做一点微不足道却又实实在在的工作。本研究采用叙事研究的方法,对一位中学数学教师进行了深入、参与式的观察、访谈、实物收集,从而建立出该数学教师的一组教学故事和访谈等方面的资料。基于对资料的解读探究其教学风格,并通过这位教师成长经历的描述、他人眼中的描述解析其教学风格形成的原因。从而将这位中学数学教师的教学风格完整地呈现在读者面前。通过研究发现这位中学数学教师的教学风格表现在以下六个方面:重视学生主体参与的教学思想、幽默有序的课堂管理、灵活运用变式的教学策略、以赏识教育为主的教育方法、舒服自由的教学氛围等。通过对其成长经历及他人眼中的王安的解读和同这位教师的讨论,发现其教学风格形成的因素主要有社会环境、家庭环境、学校环境和个人经验及体会等。本研究带有现实性、情境性和研究者个人的主观性,在这项研究中我们将透过具体的事看到具体的人,本文的描述并不能可靠的由“个”到“类”,其不能推出“所有中学数学教师”。但读者却能从中看到出生于上世纪六十年代在特定文化环境下生活成长,同时又接受现代教育的中学数学教师的独特的、丰富的、鲜活的内心世界和教学风格,从中获得一些启发与共鸣。
[Abstract]:The teaching style is a teacher's regular, effective and stable teaching behavior in the long time teaching activities, and it is also an expression of the overall quality of an excellent teacher. It is embodied in teachers' teaching ideas, professional knowledge, classroom management, teaching experience, teaching strategies, teaching methods and skills, teaching atmosphere and so on. Different from the current theoretical analysis of teaching style, this study is close to the reality of life, based on the understanding of the current situation of middle school education, through the teaching style of a middle school mathematics teachers to start narrative research. I hope I can do a little trivial and practical work for the study of teaching style. In this study, a mathematics teacher in a middle school was studied by means of narrative research, which included in-depth, participative observation, interview and collection of objects, thus establishing a group of teaching stories and interviews of the mathematics teacher. Based on the interpretation of the materials, this paper explores the teaching style of the teacher, and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the teaching style in the eyes of others through the description of the teacher's growing experience. Thus, the teaching style of the middle school mathematics teacher is presented in front of the reader. Through the research, it is found that the teaching style of the middle school mathematics teacher is shown in the following six aspects: paying attention to the teaching thought of students' participation, humorous and orderly classroom management, flexible use of variable teaching strategies, Appreciation of education as the main method of education, comfortable and free teaching atmosphere and so on. Through the interpretation of An Wang and the discussion with the teacher, it is found that the main factors to form his teaching style are social environment, family environment, school environment, personal experience and so on. This study is realistic, contextual and subjective. In this study, we will see specific people through specific events. The description of this paper is not reliable from "individual" to "class". It cannot launch "all middle school mathematics teachers". But readers can see the unique, rich and vivid inner world and teaching style of middle school mathematics teachers who were born in the 1960s and grew up in a specific cultural environment while receiving modern education. From which to gain some inspiration and resonance.
