城乡一体化背景下西安市城乡初级中学体育教育资源均衡配置的研究
[Abstract]:The basic condition of developing education and guaranteeing teaching quality is educational resources. Balancing the allocation of educational resources between urban and rural areas, promoting the construction of urban and rural integration, and promoting educational equity. School sports resources are the basic premise to guarantee the normal development and smooth development of physical education teaching. The present situation and balanced allocation of physical education resources in urban and rural junior middle schools in Xi'an are investigated by the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and expert interview. The conclusions are as follows: (1) there are great differences in sports resources between urban and rural junior middle schools in Xi'an. The study on the allocation of physical education resources is of great significance to the development of urban and rural education equity in Xi'an. (2) the field and equipment resources of Xi'an urban and rural junior middle schools are studied. The material resources of urban junior middle schools are richer than that of rural junior middle schools. (3) in Xi'an urban and rural junior middle schools, the titles of physical education teachers are generally low, and the structure of titles is not scientific. Among them, urban PE teachers are superior to rural areas in terms of teaching quality and skill level, participation in business training frequency and so on, and salary treatment is obviously higher than that of rural schools. (4) in Xi'an City, junior middle schools in urban and rural areas have better information resources for physical education. The modern teaching equipment used in urban junior middle schools is relatively complete, while the modern information resources in rural junior middle schools are relatively backward. (5) in terms of school physical education curriculum content resources, the city junior middle schools choose teaching materials. The diversity and advancement of teaching contents are superior to those of rural junior middle schools. (6) the reasons that affect the differences of sports resources between urban and rural junior middle schools in Xi'an are as follows: the root lies in the urban-rural dual education system, the difference of leaders' educational concepts, The imbalance of PE teachers' professional accomplishment level is the factor that affects the difference of urban and rural education in Xi'an. (7) the path of balanced allocation of physical education resources in urban and rural junior middle schools in Xi'an is as follows: adjust the layout of rural schools and balance the resources of physical education in urban and rural areas; Increase the investment of education funds to promote education equity; reasonable allocation of teacher resources to build a balanced contingent of teachers in urban and rural areas; establish a legal guarantee mechanism to ensure the balanced allocation of physical education resources.
