教师教学行为视角下提高高中思想政治课课堂效率的策略

【摘要】:我国深化教育综合改革以及课程改革的进程中,创建有效课堂、提高课堂教学的实效性是必然之举,也是重中之重,课堂教学是否高效不仅是教师专业素质的体现,更直接影响到学生的学习效果。教师是课堂教学的主导,教师教学行为在高中思想政治课课堂教学中有着至关重要的作用,不仅会影响到学生对教师所传授知识的接受程度,同时对学生的德育发展也有重要的影响。本文以高中思想政治课教学中思想政治课教师的教学行为为研究对象,探索教师教学行为与课堂效率之间的关系,旨在探寻影响高中思想政治课课堂效率的深层次原因,发掘进一步提高课堂效率的现实性,从而更好地适应时代的发展和学生自身的发展需求。本文主要通过文献分析、问卷调查、多学科综合研究等相关理论知识和分析方法,内容主要围绕高中思想政治课教师教学行为的现状、对课堂效率的影响、对学生心智成长的影响以及如何优化改进教师教学行为几个方面进行,主要研究成果是分析出教师教学行为是影响课堂效率的直接因素,并通过调查问卷统计出来的数据,结合国内外学者关于有效教学的研究,提出关于转变教师教学行为提升课堂教学效率的可行性建议。本文的创新之处在于:对传统的师生关系定义进行了适当的改进,更加全面的考虑到各种要素尤其是师生关系的特殊性对于提高课堂效率的影响;在总结教师教学行为对课堂效率的影响时采用了问卷调查法和课堂观察法,统计出来的数据更加贴合教学实际,对于教师教学行为的改进策略也更加切实可行,期望为高中思想政治高效课堂做出有益的探索。
[Abstract]:In the process of deepening the comprehensive education reform and curriculum reform in our country, it is inevitable to create effective classroom and to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Whether classroom teaching is efficient or not is not only the embodiment of teachers' professional quality, but also the most important one. More directly affect the learning effect of students. The teacher is the leading teacher in the classroom teaching, the teacher teaching behavior has the vital function in the high school ideological and political lesson classroom teaching, will not only affect the student to the teacher's imparting knowledge acceptance degree. At the same time, the development of moral education of students also has an important impact. Taking the teaching behavior of ideological and political teachers in high school as the research object, this paper explores the relationship between teachers' teaching behavior and classroom efficiency in order to explore the deep reasons that affect the classroom efficiency of high school ideological and political courses. Explore the reality of further improving classroom efficiency, so as to better adapt to the development of the times and students' own development needs. This paper mainly through literature analysis, questionnaire survey, multidisciplinary comprehensive research and other related theoretical knowledge and analytical methods, mainly around the current situation of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching behavior, the impact on classroom efficiency. The main research result is to find out that the teacher's teaching behavior is the direct factor which affects the classroom efficiency, and through the questionnaire statistics, the main research results are as follows: (1) the influence on students' mental growth and how to optimize and improve the teacher's teaching behavior. Based on the research of effective teaching at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to change teachers' teaching behavior and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. The innovation of this paper lies in: the traditional definition of teacher-student relationship has been improved, and the influence of various factors, especially the particularity of teacher-student relationship, on the improvement of classroom efficiency has been considered more comprehensively; In summing up the influence of teachers' teaching behavior on classroom efficiency, the questionnaire survey and classroom observation are adopted. The statistics are more suitable for teaching practice, and more feasible for improving teachers' teaching behavior. Expect to make a useful exploration for the high school ideological and political class.
