中学校园暴力的学校德育对策探究

【摘要】:近年来,随着互联网的普及,越来越多的校园暴力事件被报道出来,这些触目惊心的施暴新闻和视频触动着我们的神经,引发了我们的深层次思考。校园暴力的原因是多方面的,但究其根本,是思想道德的扭曲和道德行为的越界,本文主要从道德层面对校园暴力进行深度探究,主要对校园暴力的发生进行了道德上的追问和思考。学生道德问题暴露出学校德育方面的问题,分析了学校道德教育存在的问题,然后立足于学校,从学校角度出发,综合校园暴力的作用给出相应的学校德育对策。论文主要分为五部分:第一部分是绪论,论述了本文的选题缘由,对国内外学者已有的研究成果进行了综述,介绍了本篇论文的理论意义和实践意义,同时对研究思路和研究方法进行了简要介绍,最后总结了文章的创新和不足之处。第二部分介绍了对校园暴力的相关理论,主要包括暴力和校园暴力的定义,校园暴力的类型,我国校园暴力特点以及校园暴力对施暴者、受害者、学校、社会的危害。第三部分对中学校园暴力的发生进行了道德上的追问。主要从学生自身道德方面和学校德育方面存在的问题论述了校园暴力发生的原因。学生道德上出现的自我中心主义、传统“仁爱”思想的缺失、道德意志不够坚定、道德行为容易受周围环境影响、道德行为动机功利化、以及责任意识淡薄,是学生道德水平低下,容易发生暴力行为的原因之一。学校德育的方法、内容、途径的偏差是学生无法形成良好的道德认知和道德行为,以致产生暴力行为的另一原因。第四部分主要从德育对防治校园暴力的作用方面进行了阐述。德育在传授给学生团结友爱的道德认知、激发学生好善乐施的道德情感、磨练学生自我控制的道德意志以及规范自身的道德行为等方面都是必不可少的,这些作用都有助于提高学生的道德素质,减少学生发生校园暴力的可能性。第五部分主要从学校层面介绍了防治校园暴力的德育对策。针对出现的问题和德育的作用,笔者从学校教学方面、学校管理方面和事后处理方面讲述了学校应该采取的德育措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the popularity of the Internet, more and more incidents of campus violence have been reported. These shocking news and videos touch our nerves and trigger our deep thinking. The causes of campus violence are various, but the root of it is the distortion of ideology and morality and the crossing of moral behavior. The main campus violence on the occurrence of moral questioning and thinking. The moral problems of students exposed the problems of moral education in school, analyzed the existing problems in moral education in schools, then based on the school, from the school point of view, comprehensive the role of campus violence to give the corresponding countermeasures of moral education in schools. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which discusses the reason of this paper, summarizes the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars, introduces the theoretical and practical significance of this paper. At the same time, the research ideas and research methods are briefly introduced, and finally the innovation and shortcomings of the article are summarized. The second part introduces the related theories of campus violence, including the definition of violence and campus violence, the types of campus violence, the characteristics of campus violence in our country and the harm of campus violence to perpetrators, victims, schools and society. The third part carries on the moral inquiry to the middle school campus violence. This paper mainly discusses the causes of campus violence from the aspects of students' own morality and school moral education. Students' moral egocentrism, the absence of traditional "benevolence", the lack of moral will, the vulnerability of moral behavior to the environment, the utilitarianism of moral behavior, and the weak sense of responsibility. It is one of the reasons why students have low moral level and are prone to violence. The deviation of methods, contents and ways of moral education in school is another reason why students can not form good moral cognition and moral behavior and thus produce violent behavior. The fourth part mainly expounds the function of moral education to prevent and cure campus violence. Moral education is essential to impart to students the moral cognition of unity and fraternity, to stimulate the moral emotion of the students, to hone their moral will of self-control and to regulate their own moral behavior, etc. These effects can improve students' moral quality and reduce the possibility of campus violence. The fifth part mainly introduces the moral education countermeasures from the school level to prevent and cure campus violence. In view of the problems and the role of moral education, the author describes the moral education measures that should be taken by the school from the aspects of school teaching, school management and post-treatment.
