非数学专业数学教师专业发展的个案研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of basic education reform, people gradually realize that teachers play a vital role in promoting curriculum reform, training talents and revitalizing national education. In recent years, the research on the theory and practice of teachers' professional growth has become an important field of educational research, but there is little research on the growth and development of non-professional teachers in the contingent of teachers. It is of great significance to study their professional development for the development and expansion of education and the growth and promotion of non-professional teachers. Under this background, based on the theory of teacher professional development, taking Gu Yizhu, a mathematics teacher in No. 50 middle school in Urumqi, as the research object, the author adopts interview, observation and data analysis. Review and summarize the development course of Gu Yizhu teacher from three years. This paper divides the professional development of Gu Yizhu teachers into three periods from the vertical point of view, that is, the induction period, the mature competence period and the successful creation period, and analyzes the important role of the key events in each period in promoting the professional development of the teachers. Based on the analysis of the stage characteristics of the professional development of bamboo teachers, the main factors affecting the professional development of bamboo teachers are analyzed from a horizontal perspective, and the structural system of their professional qualities is analyzed in depth. Based on this, summed up the professional development of Gu Yizhu teachers and brought us inspiration and thinking, namely: a good external environment is the support of the professional development of non-professional teachers; Firm educational belief and high professional self are the internal motive force for the professional development of non-professional teachers, and solid subject professional knowledge and excellent subject teaching knowledge are the core of the professional development of non-professional teachers. It is hoped that it can provide reference and inspiration for the future development of non-professional mathematics teachers, help more non-professional mathematics teachers fill up the gap with professional mathematics teachers quickly, and make them reach maturity quickly and smoothly. Improve the whole quality of the whole mathematics teachers.
