漳州市城区高三学生体育行为现状及影响因素调查研究

【摘要】:高三学生是基础教育体育与健康课程实施的最后阶段,他们的体育行为、体育认知、体育情感等方面的状况,在一定程度上体现了体育与健康课程教学目标实现状况。因此,探讨高三学生的体育行为现状和影响因素等方面的问题,在一定程度上反映了基础教育体育与健康课程的教学效果,具有一定的实际意义和研究价值。本文以漳州市城区高三学生作为调查对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法、观察法等进行研究,其结果如下:一、漳州市城区高三学生的体育认知:(1)通过问卷调查显示:绝大部分男女学生认为体育锻炼有助于增进身体健康,这说明男女生在这一问题上有较好的认知水平,且差异不明显;(2)在体育锻炼有助于增进心理健康和社会适应问题上,大部分男生和女生持赞同的意见,这说明了大部分学生认识到体育锻炼的价值,但男生多于女生。二、漳州市城区高三学生的体育情感:(1)问卷调查显示:大部分男生和女生喜爱体育锻炼,这在一定程度上反映了学生通过体育与健康课程的教学,体验到了体育锻炼带来的乐趣,感受到体育学习和锻炼能培养自信心,是自己身心健康发展的需要;(2)在体育情感问题上,男生多于女生,这与男生较之女生有更多参与体育活动和比赛的实践机会有关。三、漳州市城区高三学生的体育意向:体育意向是由体育认知和体育情感决定的。在体育意向问题上,(1)有超过一半的男生和女生回答对体育学习和锻炼有欲望和心理倾向;(2)体育意向男生多于女生,这与在体育认知、体育情感男生较之女生高比例具有一定的关系。四、漳州市城区高三学生的体育行为表现:(1)有一半的男生和女生每周参与课外体育锻炼的次数在三次以上,这在一定程度上说明了通过体育与健康课程的学习,这部分学生已基本养成了坚持锻炼身体的习惯;(2)有相当一部分的男生和女生每周参与1-2次,这也在一定程度上说明了这一部分学生特别是女生还未养成了坚持锻炼身体的习惯;(3)有一小部分的男生和女生从不参加体育锻炼,这与这小部分学生对体育的情感、文化课学习压力、性格因素等方面的问题有关。五、影响体育行为的主观因素包括:体育认知、体育兴趣、体育基础知识、身体素质、学习压力、学生性格等方面;客观因素包括:体育师资、体育经费、场地器材、课程内容设置、学校和家庭体育氛围、媒体因素等方面。
[Abstract]:Senior three students are the final stage of the implementation of physical education and health curriculum, their sports behavior, sports cognition, sports emotion and so on, to a certain extent, reflect the realization of physical education and health curriculum teaching goals. Therefore, it is of practical significance and research value to probe into the present situation and influencing factors of physical education behavior of senior three students, which to some extent reflects the teaching effect of physical education and health course in basic education. This paper takes the senior three students in the city of Zhangzhou as the research object, adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, interview, observation and so on. The results are as follows: 1. The sports cognition of the senior three students in the city of Zhangzhou: (1) through the questionnaire survey, the majority of male and female students think that physical exercise is helpful to improve their physical health, which indicates that the male and female students have a better cognitive level on this issue. And the difference is not obvious. (2) on the question that physical exercise can help to improve mental health and social adaptation, most boys and girls agree, which shows that most students realize the value of physical exercise, but boys are more than girls. Second, the sports emotion of the senior three students in the city of Zhangzhou: (1) the questionnaire survey shows that most of the boys and girls love physical exercise, which to some extent reflects the students' teaching of physical education and health. Experience the fun of physical exercise, feel that physical education and exercise can cultivate self-confidence, is the need for their own physical and mental health development; (2) on the issue of sports emotion, male students are more than girls, which is related to the fact that boys have more practical opportunities to participate in sports activities and competitions than girls. Third, the sports intention of senior three students in Zhangzhou city: sports intention is determined by sports cognition and sports emotion. On the question of sports intention, (1) more than half of the boys and girls answered that they had a desire and a psychological tendency to study and exercise physical education; (2) the sports intention of boys is more than that of girls, which is related to the sports cognition, the proportion of sports emotion boys is higher than that of girls. (1) half of the boys and girls participate in extracurricular physical exercise more than three times a week, which to some extent explains the learning through physical education and health courses. This part of the students have basically formed the habit of persisting in physical exercise; (2) A considerable number of boys and girls participate 1-2 times a week, which to some extent shows that this part of the students, especially girls, has not formed the habit of persisting in physical exercise; (3) A small number of boys and girls never take part in physical exercise, which is related to the emotion of the small number of students to sports, the study pressure of culture class, personality factors and so on. Fifth, the subjective factors affecting sports behavior include: sports cognition, sports interest, sports basic knowledge, physical fitness, learning pressure, students' personality and so on; Objective factors include: physical education teachers, sports funds, venues and equipment, curriculum content, school and family sports atmosphere, media factors and so on.
