我国农村初中思想政治教师队伍建设现状研究
[Abstract]:Middle school ideological and political education is an important part of the cause of ideological and political education in our country, is a key link in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and plays a very important role in the overall distribution of ideological and political education in our country. It is the main channel of moral education in middle school in the whole ideological and political education work, and it is also the important position of socialist education to the people. Rural junior middle school ideological and political education is a weak link of middle school ideological and political education, and the rural junior middle school ideological and political teachers bear the burden of ideological and political education for middle school students in rural areas, therefore, We should strengthen the construction of the contingent of ideological and political teachers in rural junior high schools, guide them to firmly believe in Marxism, cultivate their collectivism, patriotism and socialist consciousness, and establish lofty ideals and beliefs. In order to combine ideal with correct world outlook and outlook on life, let them set the correct goal of ideal struggle in teaching posts and undertake the work of ideological and political education for rural junior high school students. It has played an important role in supporting the leadership of the CPC and supporting the government departments. Based on the current situation of ideological and political teachers' construction in rural junior middle schools in our country, this paper makes a questionnaire survey and interviews on the ideological and political teachers in rural junior middle schools in Henan Province. And through the interview with the college students of ideological and political education major, we know that the ideological and political education, especially the construction of ideological and political teachers in rural junior middle schools, is facing many serious problems, and then, from the big aspect of society, teachers are equipped. In the aspects of teaching level, training development and so on, the problems existing in the construction of the ideological and political contingent in rural junior high schools are analyzed in detail, and the corresponding countermeasures are found to solve the problems. Finally, several effective measures are put forward for the construction of the contingent of ideological and political teachers in rural junior high schools in our country. The solutions are mainly from the macro state policy aspect. It is hoped that these effective measures can make up for the loopholes in the construction of ideological and political teachers in junior middle schools in rural areas from the three angles of microcosmic school and ideological and political teachers themselves. To improve the teaching level and professional ethics of middle school ideological and political teachers in rural areas, to establish a strong contingent of ideological and political teachers, and to bring good news to more junior middle school students in rural areas. Thus, we can better promote the development of ideological and political education in our country, transport reserve talents for our socialist modernization, and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the great "Chinese Dream".
