广州市高中体育社团开展现状研究

【摘要】:近30年来,多项与我国高中生体质健康密切相关的指标呈下降的趋势,体育社团做为学生课外体育活动的一种重要组成形式,能激发学生参与运动的兴趣,促进其学习体育知识技能,增强体质,增进健康。研究高中体育社团,既是全面实施素质教育的需要,也是学校体育改革发展的需要,更是改善高中生体质,实现学校体育培养目标的需要。本研究以广州市高中体育社团负责人、指导教师和参与体育社团活动的学生为调查对象,通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对广州市高中体育社团的开展现状进行调查,分析影响学生参加体育社团的主要因素,提出广州市高中体育社团发展的对策。本研究主要的结论如下:(1)在广州市高中体育社团管理上表明:组织结构类型主要以学校—团委(学生会)—体育社团这种模式为主要模式;体育社团管理制度内容主要体现在安全方面的问题;体育社团均设有管理制度,但管理制度尚不完善。(2)在广州市高中体育社团开展基本条件方面显示:体育社团经费来源主要由学校提供;经费流向主要用于社团活动训练;广州市高中体育社团场地器材相对比较缺乏;指导教师对场地器材满意度普遍不高;指导教师以男性教师为主、年龄有年轻化的趋势;学历主要以本科为主;指导次数每周1-2次居多;指导时间主要在30-40分钟。(3)在广州市高中体育社团活动的开展情况方面得出:广州市高中生对体育社团的喜爱程度很高,学生参加体育社团的主要目的是出于兴趣爱好等方面;学生参与体育社团的收获主要体现在体育参与意识增强等方面;在开展项目上,寄宿制的高中开展的项目比较全面,学生参加人数也相对较多;体育社团开展的时间大多数在校内课后进行;大部分社团开展频数为每周1~2次;。(4)影响广州市高中生参加体育社团活动的因素依次为:认知因素;经费投入因素;时间因素;管理因素;场地设施因素。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, a number of indicators closely related to the physical health of high school students in China have shown a downward trend. As an important form of extracurricular sports activities, sports associations can stimulate students' interest in participating in sports. Promote their learning sports knowledge and skills, strengthen physical fitness, improve health. The research on high school sports community is not only the need of carrying out quality education in an all-round way, but also the need of reform and development of school physical education. It is also the need to improve the physique of senior high school students and realize the goal of school physical education. In this study, the person-in-charge of high school sports association in Guangzhou, teachers and students involved in sports club activities as the survey object, through the method of literature, interview, questionnaire survey method, This paper investigates the present situation of high school sports associations in Guangzhou by mathematical statistics, analyzes the main factors that affect students' participation in sports associations, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of high school sports associations in Guangzhou. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) in the management of high school sports associations in Guangzhou, it is shown that the organization structure mainly takes the pattern of school-league committee (student union)-sports association as the main model; The contents of the management system of sports associations are mainly reflected in the safety issues; Sports associations have a management system, but the management system is still not perfect. (2) in Guangzhou, the basic conditions for the development of sports associations in senior high schools show that the funding sources of sports associations are mainly provided by schools, the flow of funds is mainly used for training activities of associations; Guangzhou high school sports club relatively lack of venue equipment; guidance teachers to the site equipment satisfaction is generally not high; guidance teachers mainly male teachers, age has the trend of younger; education is mainly undergraduate degree; The most times of instruction were 1 and 2 times a week; The guiding time is mainly in 30 minutes and 40 minutes. (3) in the development of sports association activities in high school in Guangzhou, it is concluded that high school students in Guangzhou have a high degree of affection for sports associations. The main purpose of students to participate in sports associations is out of interests and hobbies, and so on. The harvest of students participating in sports associations is mainly reflected in the enhancement of sports participation consciousness, in the development of projects, the boarding system of the high school to carry out the project is more comprehensive, the number of students to participate in a relatively large number of students; Most of the time of the development of sports associations is carried out after school; the frequency of most associations is 1 / 2;. (4 per week) the factors that affect the participation of Guangzhou senior high school students in sports association activities are: cognitive factor; funding input factor; Time factor; management factor; facility factor.
