[Abstract]:Since it was put forward, the core literacy has received extensive attention. Its profound social background is that our society begins to change from the industrial era to the economic era, the transformation of science and technology brings information, the rapid development of globalization, economic growth, multiculturalism, the sustainable development of the environment, professional needs and attention to the physical and mental development of human beings and other factors lead to people's reflection on the educational goal. This study focuses on the national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia. Through the in-depth analysis of the national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia, this paper analyzes the development process and method of national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia, the basic framework of curriculum standards, the arrangement of curriculum standards, the relationship between core literacy and disciplines, and the core literacy in English, mathematics and science. The embodiment of history and other curriculum standards, the value and characteristics of the new curriculum standards, and so on, provide suggestions for the reform of curriculum standards based on core literacy in our country. The article is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the origin of the formulation of national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia from a macro point of view: the background of the emergence of core literacy; the reasons for the combination of core literacy and Australian national curriculum standards. The second part is the analysis of the development and implementation process of national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia, which is divided into three stages: the conception of curriculum standards, the writing of curriculum standards, and the preparation and implementation of curriculum standards. The third part is the national curriculum standard text analysis based on core literacy in Australia, which mainly analyzes the value orientation of national curriculum standard based on core literacy, the framework structure of national curriculum standard based on core literacy and the embodiment of core literacy in national curriculum standard. In this study, the four main disciplines of English, number, subject and calendar are selected for in-depth analysis, and the characteristics of core literacy in the curriculum standards of each subject are summarized. The last part is the enlightenment of Australian national curriculum standard based on core literacy to our country, points out the problems existing in the current curriculum standard of our country, and sums up the experience and puts forward the enlightenment through the analysis of the national curriculum standard based on core literacy in Australia.
