孤抄本《养生必用方》考

【摘要】：《养生必用方》全称《古今录验养生必用方》,作者为北宋名医初虞世,今宋刻本不传,仅存清·叶廷t/抄本。该书刊行之后被多种方书引用,笔者对比各家引文发现,现存孤抄本在抄录过程中存在内容缺失的情况,并非足本,佚文中保存了一些临床宝贵的验方和治法,亦保存了部分文史资料,在孤抄本基础上补充、恢复《养生必用方》全貌,对于现代临床验方的应用以及古代文献传承都具有非常重要的意义。

The author contrasts with each citation to find that there is a lack of content in the process of transcribing the existing solitary transcripts, which is not sufficient. Some valuable clinical prescriptions and treatments are preserved in the lost texts, and some historical and literary materials are also preserved. It is of great significance for the application of modern clinical prescription and the inheritance of ancient documents to restore the whole picture of "health must be used" on the basis of isolated copy.
