小学英语课堂中新手型教师和专家型教师课堂反馈语的对比分析

  教师反馈语在课堂互动中扮演着必不可少的重要角色,因为它既能够促进学生第二语言的学习,同时又能提高教师的教学效率。教师通过反馈语的输入来刺激学生的输出,从而达到和学生的语言互动。本文以上海某小学的三名新手型教师和三名专家型教师的反馈语为样本,运用采访和课堂观察这两种研究方法收集数据,旨在研究根据教师反馈语的种类与分布的不同,新手型和专家型教师使用反馈语的不同和相同之处。研究发现:1)除了新手型教师没有在课堂中运用到本研究中涉及的两种复杂反馈语,新手型教师和专家型的教师所运用的反馈语类型基本相同。2)新手型教师更偏向运用明显的纠错性反馈,而专家型教师更擅于运用复杂的反馈语。3)新手型教师和专家型教师都更偏向使用积极简单的反馈语。4)专家型教师的反馈语总量多语于新手型教师。基于本研究的发现,本文对教师反馈语提出了一些教学建议。首先,新手型和专家型教师都应当认识到教师反馈语的重要性并重视教师反馈语的使用。其次,新手型教师基于自己的不足,应该多多向专家型教师进行学习,相互交流以提高反馈语的使用效果。最后,专家型和新手型教师都应该灵活地运用各种各样的反馈语从而丰富课堂,激发学生学习英语的热情。
