【摘要】：近几年赤峰市旅游业开发力度不断增加,依靠的是草原文化和蒙古族民族文化,并且已经成为赤峰市发展所关注的焦点。带来的经济效益是大家有目共睹的,对生态环境保护的威胁也是客观存在的。草原生态旅游业开发及发展过程中难免会出现一些问题,主要有:第一是传统的纯朴观念逐渐淡化;第二是发展过程中有不尊重自然规律的现象;第三是草原生态旅游发展中的利益相关者收入分配不合理带来的不利影响;第四是相比内蒙古几大草原的认知度低。本文通过对赤峰市草原生态旅游业发展进行评价分析,以与生态旅游相关的概念和理论为基础,通过研究赤峰市旅游业发展现状,分析草原旅游业发展对草原生态环境与人文景观产生的和可能产生的负面影响,对比分析其发展草原生态旅游业的优势和劣势及发展中面临的机遇和威胁,并且有针对性地提出赤峰市发展草原生态旅游业的对策建议,以期提高赤峰市旅游业整体竞争力,推动赤峰市草原生态旅游业的可持续发展,实现生态、经济和社会三大效益的协调发展。研究提出的主要建议为:首先就是在发展过程中政府、旅游企业、居民各司其职,共同为赤峰市草原生态旅游业的发展营造一个和谐的发展空间。政府做好监督主体、企业的发展就是要培育出高端旅游企业、而对于当地的农牧民来说就是要鼓励居民参与到发展中去。然后是配套草原旅游设施的生态化建设。其次是加大旅游策划宣传力度,内蒙古草原的同质性比较大,要想大力发展赤峰市草原生态旅游业就是要有强大的、独特的宣传手段。再次是培育专业型的服务团队,无论是什么样的发展都缺少不了一个优质服务团队。最后就是要开发冬季的旅游项目克服季节性强的缺点,这也是草原旅游业发展的重点以及难点。
