图们江区域旅游合作战略研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化进程的加速和世界各国区域旅游合作的发展,国内外旅游经营管理者和相关学者对此高度关注和积极探索。在东北亚区域经济合作的大背景下,随着中国、朝鲜、俄罗斯三国政治、文化、经贸等各方面交流的不断深化和经济发展的高度融合,三国之间以及各城市间的交流活动日趋活跃,人员往来也更加频繁。该区域的旅游经济也得到了迅猛发展。图们江区域旅游合作是东北亚地区最具发展潜力的区域合作,建立中俄朝区域旅游合作区,有利于推动东北亚国际合作；有利于边疆民族地区繁荣稳定,有利于“走出去”战略实施和更好利用国外资源和国外市场,进一步改善区域政治关系,提高我国在东北亚经济中的主导地位。因此,开展图们江区域旅游合作特别重要,在借鉴欧盟和东盟区域旅游合作的成功典范的基础上对图们江区域旅游业的合作加以探索和研究,为开展图们江区域旅游合作提供有效的途径和相应的战略。本文首先对区域旅游合作的相关概念进行了综述,并综合运用了区域分工理论、循环经济理论、增长极理论、协同理论等相关理论为图们江区域旅游合作发展提供了理论依据,结合图们江区域内各国旅游业的发展现状,并对图们江区域旅游合作进行了要素分析,然后采用文献综合分析法和定性与定量结合的分析方法从生态环境、收入、社会、政治、民俗文化、创汇、人文等七方面的评价值对图们江区域旅游合作的效应进行分析,最后,借鉴欧盟、东盟和澜沧江-湄公河区域旅游合作的成功典范,提出了图们江区域旅游合作的战略目标、战略框架、战略内容和战略保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the world of regional tourism cooperation, the domestic and foreign tourism managers and relevant scholars pay close attention to and actively explore. In the background of regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, with China, North Korea, Russia, political culture, economic and trade exchanges in various aspects and the continuous deepening of economic development the high degree of integration, three as well as between the inter city exchanges has become increasingly active, personnel exchanges are more frequent. The region's tourism economy is developing rapidly. The Tumen River regional tourism cooperation is the regional cooperation in East Asia region the most development potential of the regional tourism cooperation, the establishment of Sino Russian in the region, is conducive to promoting international cooperation in Northeast China Asia; conducive to the prosperity and stability of border ethnic areas, is conducive to the strategy of "go out" and make better use of foreign resources and markets to further improve Regional political relations, improving the leading position of China in the Northeast Asia economy. Therefore, to carry out the Tumen River regional tourism cooperation is particularly important, on the basis of the EU and ASEAN regional tourism cooperation success on the Tumen River regional tourism cooperation to explore and research, provides the effective way and the corresponding strategy for development Tumen River regional tourism cooperation.
Firstly, the concepts of regional tourism cooperation were summarized, and the integrated use of the theory of regional division of labor, circular economy theory, growth pole theory, collaborative theory provides a theoretical basis for the Tumen River regional cooperation in tourism development, combined with the current development of Tumen River region countries in the tourism industry, and the Tumen River regional tourism cooperation is analyzed, and then the analysis method and the method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis of literature from the ecological environment, income, social, political, folk culture, foreign exchange, analysis, cultural and other seven aspects of the evaluation value of Tumen River regional tourism cooperation effect finally, learn from the EU, ASEAN and the successful example of the Lancang River Mekong River regional tourism cooperation, proposed the strategic target, the Tumen River regional tourism cooperation strategic framework, strategic security.
