吕洞山景区旅游资源整合发展研究

【摘要】:吕洞山作为湖南省湘西州保靖县重点打造和开发的旅游项目,近两年来的开发势头备受人们关注。保靖县委和政府指令吕洞山当地政府已把该地区的发展纳入重点工作对象范围之内。故此,对吕洞山景区旅游资源的文化空间性整合研究就这片地区的发展而言具有非常重要的意义,它不仅能够全面地展示吕洞山地区的整体情况,提供理论上的发展见解,而且更重要的是能够给当地发展带来新思路以及一些可行性的建议或意见,让吕洞山景区的旅游态势尽快升温,以吸引国内外更多的游客前来领略其魅力。吕洞山景区内的自然资源和文化资源异常丰富,种类相当繁多。这是它相比于湘西州其他旅游地区特有的优势。该景区内各种苗寨、山峰、河流、云雾、瀑布、悬棺、溶洞、水田、黄金茶等自然资源交相辉映,犹如一副场面宏大、内容丰富的山水画。不仅如此,介于自然资源之间存在的当有更为吸人眼球的文化资源,如苗画、苗绣、赶场、苗鼓、百虫宴、祭山神等。这两类资源的存在使得吕洞山景区的旅游发展上限走高,但就目前情况来看,其中还存在较多的问题。吕洞山景区发展目前所存在的症结,主要体现在以下三个方面:首先是自然资源面临的问题,虽然该地区的自然资源极其丰富多样,但由于景区面积十分广阔,所以造成了各种资源分布不均匀,散落各处;其次是文化资源的利用和开发程度不高,整个景区内缺乏文化的渲染和铺垫,导致吕洞山景区缺少内涵,很难让游客驻足于此细细品味;最后,景区内的景点层次划分不明显,核心景区缺乏震撼力。针对吕洞山景区现在所面临的发展瓶颈,需要借助旅游地文化空间这一理论来更好地破解。文化空间理论与旅游发展相结合,就吕洞山地区而言,是一次大胆的、全新的尝试。在这个过程中,把理论融合在旅游发展中,能够提升看待各种问题的高度,站在更加独特的视角去审视种种问题,从而寻找解决问题的突破口,这将把吕洞山景区的旅游开发带上一条更加理性、正规的道路。对吕洞山地区自然、物产和文化资源进行仔细分析和列陈,发现其丰富性对支撑该地区旅游长期发展有极大的必要性和重要现实意义。吕洞山景区旅游资源的文化空间整合发展具有四个推进阶段。在推进中要处理好景区内行政区划与文化空间的关系,加大对景区内苗族村落建筑的保护,形成合理的空间布局,并进一步完善基础设施。同时要将吕洞山景区的自然、物产、文化资源合理整合,使之形成文化旅游品牌,产生空间意义下新的旅游内涵。在此基础上,景区的文化品牌营销战略应该进入实施状态,以达到旅游传播行为的最佳效果。
[Abstract]:Lu Dongshan, as a key tourism project in Baojing County, Xiangxi Prefecture, Hunan Province, The momentum of development in the past two years has attracted people's attention. The Baojing County Committee and the government have instructed the local government of Lu Dongshan to include the development of the region within the scope of its priority work. Therefore, The study of cultural spatial integration of tourist resources in Ludong Mountain scenic area is of great significance in terms of the development of this region. It can not only comprehensively show the overall situation of the Ludong Mountain area, but also provide a theoretical perspective on its development. Moreover, what is more important is to be able to bring new ideas and some feasible suggestions or suggestions to local development, so that the tourism situation of the Ludong Mountain scenic area will heat up as soon as possible. In order to attract more tourists from home and abroad to enjoy its charm, the natural resources and cultural resources in the Ludong Mountain scenic area are abnormally rich, and there are quite a variety of kinds. This is its unique advantage over other tourist areas in Xiangxi prefecture. There are various Miao villages in this scenic area. Mountain peaks, rivers, clouds, waterfalls, hanging coffins, caves, paddy fields, gold tea and other natural resources, like a scene of grand, rich in landscape painting. Not only that, Between natural resources, there should be more eye-catching cultural resources, such as Miao painting, Miao embroidery, Market, Miao Drum, Banquet of 100 insects, worship of Mountain Gods, and so on. The existence of these two kinds of resources has made the upper limit of tourism development in Ludong Mountain Scenic area higher. However, as far as the present situation is concerned, there are still many problems. The crux of the development of the Ludong Mountain Scenic area is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: first, the problems faced by natural resources. Although the natural resources in this area are extremely rich and diverse, due to the vast area of the scenic area, the distribution of various resources is uneven and scattered, followed by the low level of utilization and development of cultural resources. The lack of cultural rendering and paving in the entire scenic area leads to the lack of connotation in the Lutong Mountain scenic area, which makes it very difficult for tourists to stop here to savor carefully. Finally, the level of scenic spots in the scenic area is not obvious. The core scenic spots lack shock power. In view of the bottleneck of the development of Ludong Mountain Scenic area, we need to better crack it with the help of the theory of tourist destination cultural space. The combination of cultural space theory and tourism development, as far as the Ludong Mountain area is concerned, It's a bold, new attempt. In the process, integrating theory into tourism development can raise the level of looking at all kinds of problems, look at the problems from a more unique perspective, and find a breakthrough to solve the problems. This will lead to a more rational and formal way for tourism development in the Ludong Mountain area. The natural, material and cultural resources of the Ludong Mountain area will be carefully analyzed and listed. It is of great necessity and important practical significance to support the long-term development of tourism in this area. There are four stages in the cultural spatial integration and development of tourism resources in Ludong Mountain Scenic area. The relationship between internal administrative divisions and cultural space, We should strengthen the protection of the Miao village buildings in the scenic area, form a reasonable spatial layout, and further improve the infrastructure. At the same time, we should integrate the natural, physical and cultural resources of the scenic area of Ludong Mountain to form a cultural tourism brand. On the basis of the new connotation of tourism in the sense of space, the marketing strategy of cultural brand of scenic spots should enter into the state of implementation in order to achieve the best effect of tourism communication behavior.
