新型城镇化背景下美丽乡村旅游开发问题与对策——以湘潭市梅林桥为例

【摘要】：以湘潭市梅林桥乡村旅游开发为例,采用利益相关者理论、推拉理论,研究其发展现状,对新型城镇化快速发展过程中产生的基础设施薄弱,产品同质化严重,人才缺失,乡村旅游生命周期逐渐缩短,发展动力不足等问题进行分析,认为可通过加强科学规划编制、选择适合的发展模式、突出"乡村性"、塑造特色品牌、注重利益协调和转变人才结构等措施寻求乡村旅游的科学开发,以期促进新型城镇化发展。
[Abstract]:Taking the rural tourism development of Meilin Bridge in Xiangtan City as an example, the author adopts stakeholder theory and push-pull theory to study the present situation of the development. The infrastructure produced in the rapid development of new urbanization is weak, the product homogenization is serious, and the talent is missing.The life cycle of rural tourism is gradually shortened, and the problems of insufficient development power are analyzed. It is considered that through strengthening the scientific planning, choosing the suitable development mode, highlighting the "rural nature", and shaping the characteristic brand,Pay attention to the coordination of interests and change the structure of talents to seek scientific development of rural tourism in order to promote the development of new urbanization.
