城市旅游集散中心等级优化配置研究——以石家庄市为例

【摘要】：城市旅游集散中心、旅游景区构成的等级系统优化研究,有助于推动城市旅游集散中心功能由原来的散客组织向综合公共服务平台转变,提升城市形象与品位,实现其旅游可持续发展。以创造总体游客满意度最大为目标,改进了传统的等级设施选址模型,构建了单流、单目标、嵌套式、同调性的等级最大覆盖设施选址模型,验证了SAPHIIER 1算法求解的高效性。联系实际,该模型解决了石家庄市新建市级、区县级旅游集散中心的合理数目、旅游集散中心与旅游景区的空间等级联系、服务布局地图展示等现实问题,并且表明:石家庄旅游集散中心建设应以游客满意价值创造为中心,政府介入为推手,努力实现重点建设与均衡布局的有力结合。
[Abstract]:The research on the optimization of the grade system of the urban tourism distribution center and the tourism scenic spot is helpful to promote the transformation of the function of the city tourism distribution center from the original individual organization to the comprehensive public service platform, and to promote the image and taste of the city.To realize the sustainable development of tourism.Aiming at creating the maximum satisfaction degree of the total tourists, the traditional hierarchical facility location model is improved, and the single-flow, single-objective, nested, and homogenous maximum coverage facility location model is constructed, which verifies the efficiency of the SAPHIIER 1 algorithm.Connecting with the practice, the model solves the realistic problems such as the reasonable number of tourism distribution centers at the new city level, the district and county level tourism distribution centers in Shijiazhuang City, the spatial hierarchy relationship between tourism distribution centers and tourist scenic spots, and the display of map of service layout, and so on.It also shows that the construction of Shijiazhuang tourism distribution center should be centered on the creation of satisfactory value for tourists, and the government intervention should be the push hand to realize the combination of key construction and balanced layout.
