大连市生态旅游可持续发展对策研究

【摘要】：生态旅游自20世纪80年代兴起以来,便显示出了其强大的生命力和广阔的发展前景。生态旅游是以回归自然为基础,崇尚人与自然和谐共处的旅游发展模式,它的可持续发展对人类社会的经济、社会、生态价值都是不可估量的。大连市作为中国首批三个最佳旅游城市之一,近年来依靠气候条件、自然资源、客源市场以及交通枢纽等优势,在生态旅游的发展方面所取得一定的成绩。然而,经济的快速发展所带来的问题也相对突出的。大连市的生态旅游产业要想实现可持续发展,光靠硬件条件是不够的,还需要多方面、多层次的共同作用和推动。因此,系统分析研究大连市生态旅游可持续发展的对策是十分必要的。 本文从生态旅游的基本概念和本质入手,分析开展生态旅游的价值,并依此为基础,结合国内外生态旅游发展现状及经验启示,深入分析大连市生态旅游发展所面临的问题及原因,并得出相应可持续发展对策。具体对策包括转变固有的生态观念、加快机制体制改革、加大教育宣传力度、强化科技支撑作用以及建立健全法律体系等。同时,为了进一步增强对策的可操作性,本文在论述对策时加入了部分相关的小实例,希望以此能够更直观的对大连市的生态旅游可持续发展对策作以解读。
[Abstract]:Since the rise of eco-tourism in the 1980s, it has shown its strong vitality and broad development prospect. The eco-tourism is based on the return of nature, advocating the harmonious coexistence of human and nature, and its sustainable development is immeasurable for the economic, social and ecological value of the human society. As one of the first three best tourist cities in China, Dalian has made some achievements in the development of eco-tourism in recent years. However, the problems arising from the rapid development of the economy are also relatively prominent. The eco-tourism industry in Dalian is to realize the sustainable development, the hardware condition is not enough, and there is a need of multi-level and multi-level common action and promotion. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the sustainable development of Dalian's eco-tourism. This paper, from the basic concept and essence of eco-tourism, analyzes the value of eco-tourism, and based on this, the present situation and experience of eco-tourism development at home and abroad are combined, and the problems and original problems of the development of eco-tourism in Dalian are analyzed. as a result, the corresponding sustainable development pair The concrete measures include the transformation of the inherent ecological concept, the acceleration of the institutional reform, the strengthening of the education and publicity, the strengthening of the scientific and technological support and the establishment of a sound legal system. At the same time, in order to further enhance the operability of the countermeasures, some relevant small examples are added in the paper, and it is hoped that the sustainable development of the eco-tourism in Dalian should be solved more intuitively.
