【摘要】:我国的成人高等教育在现实的发展过程中,仍然有很多方面不能很好地满足广大学习者。而观英国开放大学在英国发展得很成功,无论在办学理念、办学实践形式都体现着个性化教育思想,已成为世界成人高等教育的丰碑,而我国成人高校却步履蹒跚。鉴于此,该论文以英国开放大学为案例,运用文献法和比较分析法全方位深入研究英国开放大学为什么能够很好地体现个性化教育,并结合我国成人高校发展的实际情况,分析我国成人高校为什么不能够按照个性化教育思想办学,为什么不能够做大做强,找出原因,并提出相关对策消除我国成人高校发展的障碍。 本研究首先界定了个性化教育的内涵,论述了个性化教育发展的理论与实践基础,在此基础上探讨了个性化教育是当今教育改革的必然走向,并与传统教育进行比较分析,得出个性化教育的时代价值与意义。其次,本研究以个性化教育为理论基础,对英国开放大学实施个性化教育的宏观环境,以及其自身的办学理念和办学举措进行了系统研究,进而得出英国开放大学的办学特色。再次,研究英国开放大学的办学特色就是为了更好地改进我国成人高等教育的发展现状,所以分析我国成人高等教育实施个性化教育存在的问题,以及这些问题存在的原因,并与英国开放大学在招生对象、人才培养目标定位和教学运行机制进行比较分析,进而得出宏观启示和微观启示。 总之,在宏观方面,政府和教育主管部门应该大力支持成人高校发展,保护成人高校自主权,建立有效的教育质量保障体系;在微观方面,成人高校自身应该树立个性化教育理念,实施个性化的办学举措,提高成人高校的教育质量。
[Abstract]:China's Adult Higher Education in the development process, there are still many aspects can not meet the learners. The concept of British Open Universities in the UK development is very successful, both in the form of school running concept, practice embodies the individualized education idea, has become the world of adult higher education of the monument, and China's adult college is teeter. In view of this, this thesis takes the British Open University as an example, using the method of documentary and comparative analysis comprehensive in-depth study of UKOU why can well reflect the personalized education, combined with the actual situation of the development of China's adult college, analyze why not our adult college education can be personalized according to education thought, why not to become bigger and stronger, to find out the reasons, and puts forward relevant countermeasures to eliminate the development of China's adult college.
This paper defines the connotation of individualized education, discusses the theoretical and practical basis for the development of personalized education, on the basis of individualized education is the inevitable trend of the education reform, and compared with the traditional education, the historical value and significance of personalized education. Secondly, based on the personalized education as the theoretical basis the macro environment for the implementation of personalized education in the University, as well as its own school running idea and measures are studied, and then draw the UKOU school characteristics. Thirdly, study the university running characteristics in order to improve the current situation of the development of adult higher education in China, so the analysis of personalized education problems the implementation of China's adult higher education, and the causes for these problems, and with the British Open Universities in enrollment of people like. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the orientation of the training target and the operating mechanism of teaching, and then draws the macro and micro enlightenment.
In short, at the macro level, the government and education departments should vigorously support the development of adult colleges, adult protection of university autonomy, establish an effective guarantee system of education quality; in microcosmic aspect, adult education should establish the concept of individualized education, carry out individualized educational initiatives, improve adult university education quality.
