论民族地区乡村教师的工作困境——以新疆吐鲁番市B学校教师为个案

【摘要】：教师是影响教学质量的重要因素,加强教师队伍建设是提高民族地区教学水平、促进城乡教育协调发展的重要前提。民族地区乡村教师除了完成教学任务之外,还要面对诸如行政、科研、社会工作等繁重的非教学任务。在实地田野调查的基础上,从民族地区乡村教师的工作困境入手,应该多渠道增加、调整教师数量,加强教师构成的多族群化,实施小学教育去行政化等方法,以期促进民族地区乡村教师队伍的健康发展。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the important factors that affect the quality of teaching. Strengthening the construction of teachers is an important prerequisite to improve the teaching level and promote the coordinated development of education between urban and rural areas. We should also face heavy non-teaching tasks such as administration, scientific research and social work. On the basis of field investigations, starting with the plight of rural teachers in ethnic minority areas, we should increase the number of teachers through various channels and adjust the number of teachers. In order to promote the healthy development of rural teachers in ethnic minority areas, we should strengthen the multi-ethnic group of teachers and carry out the de-administration of primary school education in order to promote the healthy development of rural teachers in ethnic minority areas.
