甘南地区藏汉双语教师培训现状的调查与研究

【摘要】:当前,国家提出了大力发展少数民族地区双语教育,提高少数民族教育水平的要求。搞好双语教师培训工作,提高少数民族地区双语教师的专业素质,是促进民族地区双语教育发展的重要途径。考查甘南地区藏汉双语教师的培训工作中存在的问题、增强培训的针对性和有效性,对促进甘南藏区双语教师的整体素质有着重要意义。 本文运用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法对甘南藏区的双语教师培训问题进行了研究。研究对甘南藏区双语教师培训的现状进行了调查研究,分析了培训中存在的问题及其原因。在此基础上,提出了加强双语教师培训中心的建设与管理;构建完善的双语教师培训运行机制,保障培训工作高效运转;制定明确恰当的培训目标,指引双语培训工作有效开展;完善培训内容,促进培训的高层次发展;因地制宜、选择适合甘南本土双语教师的多样化培训方式;培训者要提高自己的职业敏感性,提高培训的有效性等推动藏区双语教师培训工作发展的措施。论文共分四部分: 第一部分:绪论部分,介绍研究问题的提出、研究的意义、研究的方法、相关研究文献的综述和核心概念的界定。 第二部分:甘南地区藏汉双语教育和双语教师的基本状况。简单介绍了甘南地区双语教育和双语教师队伍的基本情况,探讨了从事藏汉双语教育的双语教师所应具备的素质。 第三部分:甘南地区藏汉双语教师培训的现状及存在的问题。这部分以了解甘南州藏汉双语教师参加培训的基本情况为出发点,设计了《甘南州藏汉双语教师培训现状调查问卷》,对甘南地区教师培训工作进行了实地调查研究,总结出甘南地区双语教师培训存在以下问题:双语教师培训制度不健全;双语教师培训机构欠完善;双语教师整体素质偏低,培训难度较大;培训选择的内容针对性不强;培训所用的方式、方法与参加培训教师的预期有差距。 第四部分:完善甘南地区藏汉双语教师培训的建议与思考。针对调查研究中发现的问题,提出了完善甘南地区双语教师培训的建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the state has put forward the requirements of vigorously developing bilingual education in ethnic minority areas and improving the level of education for ethnic minorities, and doing a good job in training bilingual teachers, so as to improve the professional quality of bilingual teachers in ethnic minority areas. It is an important way to promote the development of bilingual education in minority areas. To investigate the problems existing in the training of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers in Gannan region, and to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the training, It is of great significance to promote the whole quality of bilingual teachers in Gannan Tibetan area. This paper makes a research on the training of bilingual teachers in Gannan Tibetan area by using the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire, and investigates the present situation of the training of bilingual teachers in Gannan Tibetan area. Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons in training, the author puts forward to strengthen the construction and management of bilingual teacher training center, to establish a perfect bilingual teacher training operation mechanism, and to ensure the efficient operation of training work. To formulate clear and appropriate training objectives to guide the effective development of bilingual training; to improve the training content and promote the high-level development of training; to choose a variety of training methods suitable for native bilingual teachers in Gannan; The trainers should improve their professional sensitivity and improve the effectiveness of training measures to promote the development of bilingual teachers training in Tibetan areas. The paper is divided into four parts:. The first part: the introduction part, introduces the research question, the significance, the research method, the related research literature summary and the core concept definition. The second part: the basic situation of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual education and bilingual teachers in Gannan region. This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of bilingual education and bilingual teachers in Gannan area, and probes into the qualities that should be possessed by bilingual teachers engaged in Tibetan and Chinese bilingual education. The third part: the present situation and existing problems of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers training in Gannan region. This part is based on understanding the basic situation of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers participating in the training in Gannan Prefecture. This paper designs the questionnaire of Tibetan and Chinese Bilingual Teachers' training in Gannan Prefecture, and makes a field investigation on the training of teachers in Gannan region, and concludes that there are some problems in the training of bilingual teachers in Gannan region: the training system of bilingual teachers is not perfect; Bilingual teachers training institutions are not perfect; the overall quality of bilingual teachers is low, the training is difficult; the content of training selection is not targeted; the way and method of training is different from the expectation of participating in the training. Part 4th: suggestions and thoughts on how to perfect the training of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers in Gannan region. In view of the problems found in the investigation and research, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the training of bilingual teachers in Gannan region.
